Best service we have gotten to be honest. The lady that helped us was so friendly, patient and very nice. This is by far the best service we have received at Starbucks. Great visit and we are only going to this Starbucks moving forward.

I was so happy to see this location survived the Lahaina fire in 2023. I visit here every time I'm in Maui and the Baristas are so nice. The young lady I spoke with has been here every year I've visited since 2019. She lost her home in the fire however they're going to be able to re-build, so great to hear.

Went through drive through - coffee made incorrectly and not drinkable… drove back 10 minutes to be told by an employee & a manager, both, that I had to wait in the long drive through line again to be helped rather than just remaking it and handing it out the front door to me.

The baristas even know my order before I walk in, which makes it feel so personal. No other Starbucks I’ve visited has been this reliable and consistent.

My first starbucks experience in Maui was a good one
While vacationing, I stopped in for an iced Lavender Matcha. The cashier was friendly, with a bubbly fun personality. When I mentioned I wanted extra lavender cream, he asked if I wanted extra powder, or extra cream. As I took a moment to decide, he added, or you can do both n spoil yourself, you deserve it. I appreciated that little comment, it made me feel special, and gave me the opportunity to indulge and appreciate myself, for everything I do for my family and others. The drink was delicious. The store is clean, spacious and welcoming. I'm glad I stopped. 5 out 5 stars

It's a Starbucks. The food is decent in a pinch. And you already know about the drinks. Atmosphere clean enough. One long high table in the middle of the store, with a couple of power strips, to plug your electronics into. Low-cushioned seats to sit in around the store but no power new them.
