The staff, a brown haired lady, is extremely rude. She banged doors and spoke very curtly. When I opened the fridge door to take 2 bottles of juice she came rushing to insist that we can take only 2.Food was okay.

The blonde older manager was very rude. I am not from Hawaii, Covid restrictions do not allow a soda refill, I was clearly not paying attention to the sign that says no refills. She yelled at me for getting a refill after I apologized numerous times I didn’t see the sign. Instead of sanitizing the area due to the real issue of refills she was extremely rude and charged me for another drink. I was just in there. It was painful getting four sandwiches done. One of the male workers kept messing up my order. Kept asking me the same question over and over. Would grab the wrong ingredients. Would literally throw toppings. I was incredibly frustrated and happy to leave this place. When I got home I realized there was a sandwich missing. Arghhhhh put it in the freaking bag!!! It was the last one made too! It was in your hand as your bagging. Where did it go? Will never return.
