Awesome service - Steve is an outstanding server!! Salads, apps and pastas were fantastic. Old Fashioned drinks were great.

My wife and I were craving pizza and took a stroll down to Taverna. The pizza and service was phenomenal. We came back a second time during our stay and ate at the bar, with the same excellent service and pizza. Our server from the first night noticed us at the bar and made a point to come over to us and say hello. Also, what a great location at the Bay Course in Kapalua. We will be back! Mahalo

Fantastic dinner - from the bread of the day, the olives, the catch of the day, the drinks to the desert, all was so good! Service was great and the atmosphere inviting.

Great spot near the Bay Course. Reasonable prices. Small but quality beer selection (my preference). Good cocktail. Great bar food. Beautiful view. Quality atmosphere. Very good service.

Food was pretty good. The atmosphere was great. Service was bad. To top it off, they use the electronic billing where you highlight the tip while the stand over you to select 20, 25 and 30 percent...for the guilt trip if you use your own tip amount. I always tip 20 even if bad. Our drinks were consistently out even though they put a self-serve bottle on your table. No bread was served. Fresh fish portion size was microscopic for 52 dollars. Pizza was good. It's probably the last time I go there. 6 dollar scoops of Gelato were good.Dietary restrictions: Had some glutin free options.

Not good food at all. Worst food experience in Maui for us. Service and location were good but not sure why quality of food was so bad.

The outdoor setting and interior design are beautiful ! We had a reservation and were seated promptly. The service was fantastic with several people checking on us periodically and serving our food . The Hawaiian bread was divine and our two main dishes, the vegetarian bolognese and the lasagna were scrumptious. We will be enjoying the leftovers from our generous portions tonight. I highly recommend dining there!

Wonderful Dining experience, our food was delicious, and they have a nice selection of wine. Dining on the back patio, was a treat viewing the West Maui Mountains. Will definitely dine there again.

Poor service and the food wasn't very good (definitely not worth the price). I got the veggie bolognese, and it was just okay. My boyfriend got the traditional bolognese and it tasted like cheap sweet ketchup with too much cheap cheese. It was disgusting. We won't be back next time we visit Maui.

Best carbonara!!! The pizza was amazing as well. Ambience is very chic and beautiful views of the golf course. I recommend getting a reservation, but that’s true of any place in kapalua.

Juan, our waiter was outstanding. Made up for some less that pleasant hostess at the front entrance. The food was great. We had 4 different pasta dishes and all were excellent. We were told earlier in the day that we didn't need reservations but had to come back an hour later to eat. It was worth the wait.Vegetarian options: The pastas can be made vegetarian, other than the lasagna as expected

Our experience started great- a warm welcome from the host stand, very welcoming when they took us to our seats. From there, things went downhill. We sat for quite awhile before being even acknowledged. From there, our server was barely attentive and it took forever to order food. A good thing- the food came out quickly once we did order and those servers were very nice- a bad thing though is that the food was absolutely generally awful. Our burrata with shaved fennel looked and tasted like cottage cheese (same consistency) and hunks of fennel. The calamari was a rubbery mess, the bolognese literally had no meat and came out not even lukewarm. The pizza was good enough thankfully that we ate that, and on a positive note, the brussel sprouts were great! We spent about $200 for a very disappointing dinner experience. We come to Kapalua quite often and had never tried this particular place. Now we know.

Our initial contact, the hostess, was exceptionally rude (to everyone she encountered). Pizza was amazing!! We highly recommend it. Soup tasted like Cambells with a garnish. Caprese salad was served with basically green/hard tomatoes. Server was a kind gentleman….just more interested in completing end of night duties than attending to his table.
