Loved the setting and the food was fantastic. Had planned to eat elsewhere 2 days later but changed to come back for another wonderful meal. Loved it.

Our server was great and had some great recommendations. We had our ten month baby with us and he made sure to suggest stuff for her as well. Great ambiance and great staff all around!

We had an amazing beautiful Dinner around sunset. The Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming and food was also top notch. Highly recommend if you want to impress your date.

Wonderful food and service and views. Like all food at the Ritz overpriced which they are taking advantage of people. But you truly cannot beat the food.

We booked this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Our servers were very attentive and professional. We both had seafood coconut chowder, it was delicious. The Mai Tais were amazing, the second best we've had on the island. Be prepared to spend over $150 per person. The only negative was that they asked at the hostess stand if we were celebrating anything, and we said it was our anniversary, but that info was not acknowledged by our servers.

I've never had to write a negative review. I've also never had such poor service at a restaurant.. ever! It took forever for a waiter to offer water or take drink orders. We had to hunt someone down. Defiantly not the service you would expect from the Ritz! Likewise, menus and the dirty plates were not removed. There was a total inattention to basic customer service. We even had to ask other workers, numerous times to have our waiter bring the check (and we were just a room charge). In order to get another drink and dessert we just went up to the terrace lounge(which was fabulous). I must note... we are very understanding and flexible guests! On a positive note, we shared the Maui Onion Dip Foccacia, the Mahi Mahi and Brussels sprouts.. all were delicious!

Our server (I believe his name was Nelson) was fantastic. He was attentive, personable, and made the whole experience feel special. My wife and I are staying at the Ritz and came here to celebrate our honeymoon. We started with the Wagyu A5 starter along with the creamed corn and potato purée as shareables. The Wagyu was decent, though not exactly the standout cut you would expect for the name. Both shareables were excellent and my wife's Mahi Mahi was outstanding. I ordered the NY Strip medium rare, but it came out almost blue rare. To their credit, the issue was quickly addressed and the replacement, which was closer to medium than medium rare, was still very good. The char from their signature grill had great flavor and the steak itself could have used just a touch more salt. Even though I lost some of the sides I had already eaten during the replacement, I left satisfied. We each had two drinks and skipped dessert. After tip, the total came to around $425. This is in line with other premium Maui restaurants, although still eyebrow-raising. Overall, not a place I would necessarily rush back to, but as a honeymoon splurge with excellent service it felt worth it and we did not leave feeling cheated.

Luke was an excellent server as well as his back waiter! (Forgot her name but her husband was a cop lol) Promote her to a server!

What al lovely and romantic spot. Charming service, excellent local fish and well curated wine list. We will come back ❤️

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The 1 star is generous. Every dish ordered had a strong, unpleasant aroma which, while likely a result of a specific cooking technique, did not complement every item. The quality of the food did not justify its price by any means. Additionally, the servers were overly intrusive, making for an uncomfortable dining experience. Unfortunately, my husband and I left feeling both dissatisfied and hungry.

Service was great! But the food very average. My recommendation for improvement to the restaurant pay close attention to the back of the kitchen. The fish for 2 had scales, no flavor. Brussels Sprouts were not good.

I dined here last week and got scromboid poisoning from the fish. My husband is an emergency physician and diagnoses food poisoning all the time. We notified the hotel and restaurant to ensure nobody else got sick and were not believed. We then had to email and phone Marriott Claims Services to try and get reimbursed for the food that made me so ill- on principle. They considered it a “insurance claim” and would not help us because I had not gone to a hospital or urgent care to get labs directly relating my illness to the food. And this was told to me after an invasive phone interview about my symptoms and medical history. I am so unimpressed with this whole experience. If you dine here, do not eat any seafood! It is not safely stored.

We had the prix fixe Christmas dinner. Food and drinks were excellent. Service was not as good as I would have expected. A few hiccups, but it was the holiday, so not totally unexpected. I know the staff was doing the best they could and appreciate their efforts.

Had the opportunity to have the New York strip and was cooked to perfection 10/10
Great atmosphere for business meeting or dates but personally I would like the servers to be dressed a little bit more professionally, but overall great place to eat, also 5 star for asking about any allergies or dietary restrictions when coming in!
