The food was decent. We did the whole amberjack. But it’s also super crazy expensive for what it is… Service was great though.

This is one of our favorite restaurants on Maui. Their unique oven provides a subtle Smokey flavor to certain dishes. Highly recommend the creamed corn for a side. The service is always superb.
Incredible food and service. We ordered poke and wagyu for appetizers, salmon and seafood curry for entree. It was all delicious but poke was best I’ve ever tried. Service was excellent, the cut up an extravagant fruit platter just for our kids. All over incredible dinner.

Overall, the resort is beautiful and well-maintained, with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. The property itself is very nice and we enjoyed the pool area and the general comfort of the hotel.
However, we were disappointed with the restaurant. The meat we ordered did not taste fresh, and it really affected our experience. My family and I were not satisfied with the quality of the meal, especially given the level of the hotel.
Aside from that, the stay was good, but the dining experience definitely needs improvement.

It is extremely loud. If you want to spend the service was poor and the food was mediocre. The waiter had a canned speech when he came to our table and that was the last we saw of him. $300 for two people who do not drink. It's so loud you could hardly hear yourself think The entire property is very rundown. The lights on the pathway up to the stairway were out. You walk into the outside bathrooms that are the only ones for the restaurant and there's a broom awaiting you. Definitely not Ritz Carlton quality.

Everything was fantastic. We stayed as guests. Our kids enjoyed playing corn hole nearby while waiting for food. The service was attentive and helpful. The food came quickly and was delicious. We had the shareable fish. Highly recommend this establishment.
The food and the vibes and the food 👀🤤
Chef Ignacio is one of a kind. 🙌🏻✨🙏🏻
We had lots of dishes here but the whole fish was on another level.
The restaurant could come up with some more unique mocktails to be honest is my only criticism.

This was a thanksgiving fixed menu so it was less chance to explore what more the restaurant can do. The service and ambience was as expected highly professional friendly and above all attentive. Coming to food at the price point I wish I had more option to choose from. Three course meal - appetiser with beet root salad and the entree with coconut crusted Mahi Mahi was delicious. Dessert with apple crumble pie was just passable. For me the ending has to be perfect for it to be 5 star. The pie was too dry for me. Great collection of wine.

Just thought for a Thanksgiving meal it would have been better sized portions for 200 bucks a person. With the set menu we had to go eat again right after. Service was great portions were terrible
Had the best seafood curry ever, with a hint of Hawaiian flair. The drinks were great too. Only thing is, it's a bit tricky to find if you're not staying at the hotel.
30 mins between courses with no drinks being filled. Other diners received their food well before us and finished even though we were seated before them. The other tables were 4+ people while there was only two of us. When we got the waiters attention we were told “ there was a mix up in the kitchen” that was it. We felt it could have been handled better especially for the price we were paying. The manager went to every table around us to ask how everything was, he never came over to us. I never write reviews but I was truly disappointed.
While everyone else went for steak, we tried the grilled fish — and it was amazing 😋🐟
The fish and octopus were so fresh!
Seafood is definitely a must-try, not just meat.
The fries? Honestly, best fries of my life 🍟✨
Everything about this meal was perfect!

Unacceptable discriminatory treatment from the hostess.
We were likely the only Asian guests in the restaurant tonight, and despite having a reservation, the hostess tried to seat us at the worst table in the entire place—isolated and unlike any of the other seating. She even apologized in advance, saying the restaurant was full, which made it clear this was intentional.
When we questioned it and pointed out the clearly better empty tables right next to us, she said those were being held for the walk-ins (white) who arrived after us. Only after we expressed our concerns and waited about five minutes were we moved to a normal table.
The most telling part: throughout the entire evening, even with other (white) customers waiting, she never seated anyone at that original table, and our untouched water glasses stayed there the whole night. It was obvious the table was never meant to be used—just meant for us.
The experience felt discriminatory and left us extremely uncomfortable. This is unacceptable, and management should address it.
