The waiter was high on something and couldn’t get the order on his first, second, or third try. He brought us our second round of cocktails after we finished dinner and told him to cancel them. The ribs were good but the mixed grill (fish) was horrible and the fish and chips were disappointing. It’s Hawaiian fish that was overdone and too tough to eat. The onion rings(which we remembered as fabulous) were over cooked and greasy. The waiter kept bringing other people’s food to our table and appeared totally confused. Even the water and Coke was undrinkable. We used to love going to this place, but we will never return. We had a reservation and when we got there, the host just said “oh I don’t bother with any of that stuff” And then proceeded to take us to the table that was covered in sun instead of in the shade, which is what we requested due to multiple cases of skin cancer in our family. We finally had to go up to the hose to pay our bill and this completely befuddled our server. I would say stay away!

We stayed at this hotel. This place was fine for poolside drinks and snacks. We tried going to breakfast there, we were seated and then we were somehow invisible. The waitress bussed the adjacent tables and seated someone right next to us and then took their order. After 20 minutes of being completely ignored, we got up and left.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Our waiter was young and inexperienced, so I was cutting some slack for him. I had the Hawaiian pork ribs, and they were fantastic . My wife ordered shrimp and scallops and said that the flavor was mediocre and was not overly impressed with her meal.

Stopped here for the banana colda - which is delicious. Otherwise the food is sub par and the dinner service was sub par. Bartender service was good.

Really great food but what stood out was the people. Our waitress Sarah was so kind and helpful. We love her! Literally the best service we’ve had.

Might be the worst ever calamari that I've ever had...and I didn't think it was possible to screw up a calamari. Unattentive service. Staff were all just sitting down and chilling. There's a reason there were barely any customers on a Friday night.

We spent over two weeks at the Aston Kaanapili and frequently ordered drinks and happy hour specials. We ate at the restaurant a couple times as well.

Happy hour food and drinks are the best options for this location. Also, breakfast is way better than dinner.

We were disappointed with dinner as it was underwhelming and not very good.

We did like the croissant breakfast sandwich and fruit platter. The chicken wings, onion rings, calamari, etc. are delicious and quite reasonable for happy hour!

our dinner last evening was perfect. I had the seafood platter and my husband had a steak. Everything was done just right - beautiful presentation- peaceful, lovely setting. We had a delicious dessert - can't remember the name, but it was a chocolate/coffee ice cream pie 🤷❤️

First time at the Beach club bar and grill. Left our resort to try something else. The place is absolutely beautiful. Our server Eric was absolutely fantastic. So polite and attentive. Made a fantastic suggestion on what I should get for my entree and he wasn’t wrong. We will definitely be back.

Best kept breakfast secret in Ka’anapali. Poolside restaurant with a view of the beach. The Breakfast fried rice and the banana pancakes were delicious.
