We went for some ice cream and bought some of their stuffed animals by the checkout and 1 minute later the store manager as I can see from the replies on this store comes behind asking if we bought the animals as we waited for our ice cream. It's not a good feeling to be questioned and no one should be made to feel like this way especially while on vacation. Wish we could have walked out at that moment and returned those stuffed animals. Also, we wish we could have walked away without the ice cream too! Work on your customer service, stop profiling your customers as people have money to pay for things.

Fantastic shave ice- get the ice cream on the bottom, you won’t regret it! The staff was kind and had great island tips on snorkeling and healing sunburns.

What a pleasant experience!! Super helpful and friendly staff!! Plenty of flavors to choose from and the ice was definitely thinly shaved and fully packed into the cup. I had the vanilla ice cream bottom with lychee, passion fruit and coconut with a coconut cream drizzle and li hing powder. Delish! Will definitely be going back :)

Can’t recommend this place enough. Super friendly staff (Lani) and best tasting shaved ice I’ve ever had. They went above and beyond and gave us lots of recommendations to experience the island. I have never felt so appreciated at a business. Will absolutely be coming back ?

I stopped in at the for some shaved ice with my fiancé while we were waiting for our laundry to finish in the same plaza. We had not yet tried shaved ice while we were in Hawaii so we were happy to finally get the chance to try some. The staff at the Shave Ice Spot were very friendly and gave us some tips on where to visit while on vacation. The portions are huge and delicious and you could easily get one rainbow shave ice for two people. The store was very clean and was also right next to another store with lots of items to look at while you wait. There is some seating directly outside on the sidewalk of the plaza which was convenient. Overall I highly recommend.

So sweet and 7 dollars for a girl to keep staring at me and laughing she even works at round table to she be staring and me and laughing kinda made me get a weird feeling flavors and shave ice was amazing could use softer ice though.

We visited The Shave Ice Spot 4 times while we were in Maui! The best shaved ice on the island, in our opinion. Plus the staff here is so friendly. We can't wait to come back to Maui and I'm sure this will be one of our first stops as soon as we land.
