There was a bug in my food and they still charged me full price for the food after replacing only 1/3 of it. Not sure how much the bug crawled around the fries in my food. The manager came back and tried to argue with me. Completely ridiculous!

Not many options for vegetarians looking to get some protein in their diet. The vegan burger is made of taro patty, not beyond burger (which is a shame for a place that claims to have a vegan menu!) Decent pretzel but the waiter was not very responsive when a fly fell in our water.

Overpriced pool side venue. Frozen or premade food. Flatbed equivalent to undercooked store bought frozen pizza. Caesar Salad like a gas station premade salad at $19 the lettuce had browned up. Grilled chicken was ice cold and undercooked (which is scary). Pretzel was a blob of bough. The chicken wings were ok.

Loved the drinks/cocktails. They have a separate vegetarian menu as well which worked well for us. Highly recommend especially if you are at Hyatt.

I'll start with the good, food was pretty (Mahi fish/chips) decent and about par with most hotel casual dining places.
Cocktails here are a disaster. They're selling 20+ dollar cocktails with bottom tier mixers. They actually use fresh lime in their margaritas....but the bartender muddled the limes instead of juicing them? Instead of shaking the drink he threw it in a glass, added soda water with less than 1 1/2 oz of liquor.
If you want a good cocktail, go elsewhere. These are overpriced, watered down, improperly made cocktails. And to be clear, this was on their menu, not a custom order. Very disappointed with this bar.

The ambience was great. The service was okay. But on food side we ordered the burger which was really good including the fries but the quantity was less for the price. We also ordered vegetarian pasta which was very bland. Mai tai was awesome !!

Tried the wings, mushroom flatbread and the hurricane fries.
Wings and flatbread were pretty average, but we really liked the hurricane fries. We never had to wait for a table, and it was very conveniently located.
The service was consistently great. Food arrived quickly and hot, and waters were consistently being refilled.
As soon as we got close to the bottom of our beers/mixed drinks, we were asked if we wanted another.
