Came back after here after a year ago Alona served us a year ago and again today he's wonderful great service I showed him a picture of a burger we had a year ago omg it was so yummy he was able to create that same burger today a year later:) THANK YOUUUU so much Alona great costumer service very attentive.

Great restaurant located on site at the Hyatt Regency Kaanapali. Dining was outside. There are umbrellas to help with the sun. Wait staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful. Food was amazing. They have a lunch and dinner menu and a full service bar. We had the Umalu burger with cheddar cheese and a sriracha aioli. We also had the filet mignon with Yukon gold potato purée, broccoli, mushroom bordelaise, caramelized Maui onion and shishito peppers. Everything was super flavorful. We ended up going back to this restaurant several times during our stay. Highly recommend.

This was only open for breakfast when we went. Love what they did with what used to be Waicoco. The Merrimans chain knows restaurants! We came here for bfast to celebrate our engagement and it did not disappoint. I had the chilaquiles and my fiancé got the mai tai pancakes. Both were yummy! The Mai Tai pancakes are quite on the sweet side, which I like but if you're not into suuuper sugary sweet, they may not be for you. Also had their breakfast potatoes which were AMAAAAZING. The Benedict's were also good.

Met up friends and in laws for an evening meal. Food was overall good, service was as expected . Ambiance was great being outdoors. Live entertainment a bit too loud to be able to hear conversation at table . Overcharged at end but eventually all corrected.

Popped in for dinner. Luckily it was not too crowded. We got seats right away. We got personalized service from Mary Ann. We really enjoyed dessert. Umalu bomb is the bomb - must try.

Ooof this place is up and down. The food is your standard by the pool fare so expectations should be low. We never had a bad meal it just wasn't worth the price you pay. The bartenders are great if you sit at the bar and hang. Only draw back is you will encounter a drunk angry guest or two once and while. Overall my favorite item: the pickle on the side of the meal.
