The restaurant is on the waterfront. The outdoor dining has an excellent view of sunsets, and after sunset the stars over the bay. The food was excellent, as opposed to most of the food I’ve had on Maui, which is over priced and very tourist industry driven. Our server, Natasha, was excellent. Waicoco is an amazing place to dine at. The atmosphere (right on the water, gentle breeze and sunsets) can't be beat. The drinks are delicious - get the one in a Tiki cup. The service was fast and attentive. The desert was to die for. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a fantastic experience.On a side note, I had a client staying at the hotel and I wanted a special dining experience for them.
