They didn’t clean our room. The do not disturb door tag was off by 10am and they still decided not to clean our room. We are in the higher end hokupa’a rooms and they still don’t clean the rooms. There is a Hyatt next door, stay there like we should have.
Food is delicious and a good sized portion, just very expensive. On Sunday the football is on (which is great) but they blare it SO LOUD you cant hear/talk to whomever you are with

My wife had the lobster roll and claimed it was these she's ever had. I had the tempura fish tacos, which were divine. Could maybe have used a little more sauce.

Worst place to watch the Super Bowl. 1 1/2hour wait to get chips and tacos. Waiter kept avoiding eye contact when he did not have our food. It took another half hour for them to find a manager to explain our situation. Very unorganized and not enough cooks on the kitchen to feed a full house. So disorganized and the food arrived cold.

Went for after dinner drinks. Worst $20 pina colada I ever had. One the other hand, Weston beach bar on Oahu Waikiki is excellent and has a Ube Pina Colada, best one I ever had.

The best Lobster Roll ever in my opinion. Its filled to the rim with Lobster with a bigger longer bun. Not like other places who like to add lettuce as a filler and shorten the bun.

The atmosphere is great. It has many large pools and we have a lot of fun there. But the food quality of breakfast is just okay. The inside of the room is of average level. Recommend this place if you stay outside for the most of the time.
