Ordered food at the bar with the bartender to enjoy at the bar tables. The food came rather quickly as this spot filled up quite fast in a short amount of time. The bartender was very helpful & because of that I would definitely go back here to enjoy myself again.

everything closes at 9 and costs 3x more than everywhere else in the area. 2 weak mixed drinks plus (unearned) tip costs $50. staff are useless. no room service... otherwise food is limited, low quality and plain old gross. noisy pool full of nasty kids with no respect. ... nice view and love the koi ponds. everything else was horrible. will not be coming back and will be deturing others from wasting their money here.

The food is quite elevated for what you'd order around a bar. The menu is fairly standard for what you can get from the resort. So it's the same menu for anything on the resort that isn't one of their local restaurants which are great. The service people go abo e and beyond and make you feel like they know you even if they deal with thousands of people a year. Loved the attention to detail. And as far as the atmosphere, you're at a 4 star resort located next to the ocean in Maui. Fire pits, sand, pools with waterfalls. One heck of a watering whole for anyone not trying to go off the resort for a relaxing time and comeraderie with friends and complete strangers.

I didn't order food but the ambience and lounge furniture was perfect for the layout of the pool area that glided into the lawn area that somehow seemed like an infinity area to the ocean. You didn't really notice the passersby on the sidewalk on the beachwalk. That's very clever on their part.

Very bad and very loud music at the pool. So loud that you can here it at the beach. I came to Hawaii to relax. Pina colada was just a blob of ice cream with rum on top. Overly sweet and you would want to eat it with the spoon - it’s not a drink! Plastic cups - they used to have glass and delicious recipe. Very disappointing.

Only had Mai Tais here so cant speak to tha quality of the food. The Mai Tais were the worst that we've had. Giving 2 stars only for the music as the songer was pretty good but the drinks were so bad. At $17 a drink when your neighbors have got it right, it makes no sense to be serving such bad cocktail which is most common in Hawaii. I'd recommend only foe the vibe n singer but not for drinks.

This is a great resort ! We stayed at the hokupa tower in an ocean front and couldn’t have asked for more. Great location, great room and a fabulous place. They’ve live music 3 times a week, they’ve a great gym and their daily yoga classes is insanely relaxing. The lanai restaurant has some great views with great breakfast and dinner bites.Totally recommend it !
