“The dining hall has improved in their food quality greatly this last year. I have eaten at BYUH from 2017, right when the Banyan Dining Hall opened 2022, and now 2025. It is better than it ever was. I will say the price is a bit out of budget for average individual (unless you have a meal plan). There is lack of main meal options (3-5 a day) compared to restraunt buffets but plenty of sides are available. It is structured as a cafeteria for students and a great option for students and for those who live in the area but it is not the same as a buffet option you may have in town. Make sure to check the website for the menu each week!“
