Food not as advertised. They had taro pie on the menu which I ordered. They gave me a burger by mistake, so I went in and let them know. They switched it out for a pie. I went back to the car and had a bite and realized it was not taro, but haupia. When I took it back, I was told that it is a taro pie. I pointed out that the picture showed a purple pie, where the one I had was white. He insisted that it is taro. It was not. But it was the only pie they had besides apple. I do not like haupia so I did not eat it, but I didn't order it either and instead of offering a solution, they shrugged it off. Please check your menus and make sure your staff knows what items you have available. Had this been a food allergy issue, it could have been a lot worse.

They offer no refills and no water refill instead either. Absolutely trash management and MOD is just as crazy with her attitude. Stay clear of this one.

I ordered an Oreo McFlurry at McDonald’s, and I literally watched one worker use the spinning machine, like they’re supposed to. But when it was my turn, the girl prepping mine (a younger white lady) just dump the ice cream, dump the Oreos on top, and handed it to me, no mixing, no effort, like nothing.
I asked, “Is the machine not working?” She just pretending doing her own stuff and ignored me. No explanation. Just moved on like I didn’t say anything.
Look, if you’re too tired or too lazy to do your job properly, maybe it’s time to clock out and go home. If you can’t put effort to something this small, how do you expect to handle something big in life?

Ordered one sprite at the counter that took almost 30 minutes to receive. Young lady behind the counter apologized that she could not provide the drink in front of any other orders no matter the size of the order. One drink?

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to! We placed an order to be picked up at the front counter on the app. For some reason, the app let us place the order even though inside the restaurant was closed. When we got there, the front doors were locked. No big deal, we decided we would just go through the drive through to get it. The guy at the order screen was SO rude. One of the things he told us was that we shouldn't have ordered for pickup inside because the inside was closed (How would I know that when the app said it was open???). I have had a bad experience with that same worker multiple times so he definitely wasn't just having a bad day. We contacted McDonalds support about it but I'm sure nothing will be done.
On top of this, this is the only McDonalds I have ever been to that doesn't allow soft drink refills. Also, there have been multiple reports from credible sources suggesting that the owner and managers may treat individuals of certain racial backgrounds unfairly.
Avoid this place at all costs!

Pretty trash McDonalds to be honest. Messed up our order and the lady was pretty snappy and rude when I asked for a water cup. Maybe she just had a long day but seems pretty low for a restaurant to do no refills and no water cups. Who knows though, this is probably just local knowledge and I got hit hard with it being from california

I should have gotten her name. Another guy waiting also commented to me about her. She was short but carried food so well. She was energetic and quick. She was taking food outside and inside. Helping bag food and working the counter. I was amazed watching her.

You know, you can go to almost any McDonald's and have a comparable experience. We just stopped in for a quick snack and everything was absolutely delicious. Chicken nuggets, fries drinks? Specialty drinks. Everything worked. McDonald's is our go-to when we travel.

This Mcdonald’s seems very clean, but my boyfriend and I ended up getting food poisoning and have been barfing all day. Their self service machine didn’t print us a receipt so we can’t even ask for a refund or anything! Great! Don’t eat here if you want to ruin what you have planned for the day!
