I would be shocked if this McDonald’s owner is not in violation of his franchise agreement since they charge .79 cents per sauce container. I can understand if I was asking for 8-10 but 2 as a compliment to what we had ordered? Ridiculous. Service was slow and the fries were cold. I also heard another customer ask for a small cup of tap water for his daughter only to be told they do not have complimentary water and he would have to buy water. I used to attend school nearby years ago and have come back several times and the experience was always positive. Very disappointing. We went the night before to Seven Brothers burger restaurant 1/2 a mile away and it was Amazing and you could get as many sauces and drinks as you wanted (including free water).

It took 50 minutes to make a Big Mac and some fries, I asked multiple times if our food was coming and the would say yes but would walk away and do nothing about it. I was expecting an apology or a refund or something but the didn’t say anything.
