It’s not easy to rate this place excluding my sentiments of what it used to be. I used to look forward to dining here. I’d always start off with the lemon ginger refresher, very refreshing. I saw new items on the menu, but decided to order something I had, and really enjoyed, in the past.

Ordered surf and turf meal , sliced sirloin steak paired with garlic shrimp, white rice and half sliced avocado. Received it with crunchy half cooked rice and too much rice like it was a lunch plate, was cold when we received it, with no avocado. Not really not appeasing and does not match. Coffee served warm Asked 3x for hot water which was finally served to the rim of a of a mug that it spilled on the table when the server brought it. lol. Smoked Marlin Dip was good Chinese...
