Realized they gave me the wrong sandwich after driving 25 minutes home and no one would answer the phone after multiple calls so I had to drive all the way back just to get the sandwich I originally ordered. I do not recommend ordering ahead here.

Maybe I’m an outlier here, but the wife and I agreed this subway is the best we’ve ever had (we are from KY). This is also the first subway my wife and I have EVER seen SLICING THE MEAT FRESH. I’ve been to multiple subways from KY, TN, NC, SC, OH, etc. and this location whoops them all. Employees were quick and to the point, good service, AGAIN fresh sliced meat, no “old” or “hot” meat served. The (I assume owner) was sitting in the corner with some spreadsheets discussing various work related topics with her employees, she did not bother us or any other customer. I’m a pretty easy to please person, but this subway has excellent quality for, well, a subway- 10/10 for a subway location, I wish I could move this store, its contents, and employees to replace the one in my hometown. MAHALO!

Very hideous “service” served with a bad attitude. I ordered a meal and went to pick it up. We were told “it’s all there in the bag”. It wasn’t. No chips, bottled drinks, etc. I called and spoke with Kaley (12/3/24 at 5:03 pm) and told her what happened. Instead of being courteous, she pulled a very bad attitude at me. Why is she mad when I’m the one that got ripped off? Nothing was handled and I’ll never go back. I know mistakes happen, it’s not a big deal. She made it a big deal. I simply wanted to come get what I paid for and didn’t receive. Zero stars.

I ordered a 6inch BLT with ALL the veggies online. I brought it home and discovered my BLT (bacon, lettuce, and TOMATO) had NO tomato, only 1 olive, 1 sliver bell pepper and barely any lettuce! It was basically only bread!! Very disappointing!!
Placed an order for delivery from here. After an hour and a half, we call and they tell us it's just sitting there, and if we want it, we have to come get it. If we hadn't called, I have to wonder how long our food would have sat there.We get the food back to find out the chips are missing and 1/3 of the sandwiches were wrong.Skip it. Find another place to eat. Location prices are a complete ripoff anyway, especially when they charge you to deliver a meal they had no intention of delivering. We get there, and there are more employees than customers, so they're apparently just lazy.

Great Sandwiches, Prompt service and homey atmosphere. But maybe they should come up with some recipes individual to Hawaii since franchises on the island tend to be more independent than the mainland.
