Woman Manager is rude. Ordered on the app soft taco and hard taco took 45 mins. I ordered before 4 large parties did and my order was handed out 20 mins after they ordered. They muttered stuff under their breath after I asked where my order was. Extremely unhelpful.

How is this Taco Bell still in business?! It took an hour for our order, the cashier didn’t even bother to help the two slow guys in the back making food. He was in the lobby socializing. I will be reaching out to Corporate for a refund in the morning.

Waited over 1hr for our food. Everyone that ordered after my kids and I, got their food before us. When we got our food, we immediately left to go home and eat. Made the mistake of not checking our food until we got home, they got my order wrong as well 🙄 I should've known with such a long wait that they most likely messed up the order as well. Won't be ordering from this location again.

Taco Bell Feedback Fiesta: You Won the Fiesta!1. Order: My recent order was a fiesta for my taste buds! I dove into the new Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, and let me tell you, it lived up to the "supreme" title. The black bean patty was perfectly seasoned, and the crunch from the tostada shell added a delightful surprise. A true fiesta in every bite!2. Service with a SMILE: The staff went above and beyond! The cashier, whose name I believe was Stephanie, was incredibly friendly and patient as I debated between the Crunchwrap and the Nacho Fries Bel Grande (spoiler alert: I got both!). She even offered a helpful suggestion for a hot sauce pairing. Legendary service indeed!3. Cleanliness Check: The restaurant was sparkling clean. From the tables to the drink station, everything looked well-maintained. It made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.4. The Feels: The vibe was electric! Taco Bell's mobile app would not let me place orders despite trying on the site and app, with multiple different credit cards, and Google Pay. For some idiotic reason, their in-store terminal does not have the same offers available and those who work there cannot honor offers in the app. So Taco Bell's useless technological systems made me pay double for food that wasn't what I wanted. And it's Taco Bell: The food is hot garbage (but sometimes a vegetarian gets desperate)
