Our dining experience was amazing. We came for the dinner service and was greeted by Merrylou the hostess. She was super sweet and very personable. Conversations with her flowed very naturally and it made us feel comfortable dining in the restaurant. Alex was our server and he was very knowledgeable about the food as well as other amenities on the resort. He was very thorough and efficient with service. The items came out at a nice flow.
We ate breakfast here several days on our vacation and I had the lobster toast which was amazing!! The service is pretty slow but friendly. I think they only have enough servers to accommodate guests so they do turn people away if you are not staying here. I'm just sharing that because I have read various travel guides suggesting taking the ferry from Maui just for the day and having lunch at the Four Seasons but it seems that you must be a guest now. Great menu and full service bar. Whether at the pool or just soaking up the views and warm sun you can’t go wrong when ordering. My highlight was the Ginger Snap Ice Cream Sandwich. So Good!
