You can’t go wrong with NOBU
Nobu has long been one of my favorite restaurant concepts because of its consistency, ingredient quality, and service. In fact, much of the menu remains recognizable from when I helped open the Miami Beach location at The Shore Club around 2000.
Months before arriving, I made two Nobu reservations—one for two guests(June 13th) and another for six (June15th). I received confirmation emails for both, and the reservations were even mentioned during check-in.

Standout dishes include the crispy rice with spicy tuna and the beef toban-yaki, perfectly cooked to a medium rare. The restaurant blends Japanese flavors with Hawaiian flair, creating a unique and memorable culinary adventure.
The ambiance is lovely, and the service is impeccable. Guests can enjoy the friendliness of the sushi chefs at the counter while overlooking the sunset. The bento box dessert is fabulous. The restaurant is known for its impeccable service and brilliant dishes, with the chef creating outstanding specials using local ingredients. Nobu Lana'i is considered the best restaurant on the island, with high standards and exceptional service compared to other establishments in the area.
