We enjoyed the beautiful view. Dinner was delicious. The meat lasagna was outstanding. The fresh warm bread is great. Staff was friendly. We recommend this for a special dinner while in Kauai.

Service was slow with few customers and a lot of tables empty. It took almost 20 minutes before we were served water amd took our drinks order. I ordered a veal piccata that come withwhite creamy sauce, good but not the usual piccata sauce. My husband ordered a chicken dish. He didn't finished so i took some of his chicken to my plate to finish. Suddenly the waiter came and grab our plates amd everything on the table without asking if we're done eating. I was shocked amd told him it will be nicer if he ask if we're done eating. I am more shocked when he returned the piled up plates to our table and seemed to ask us to eat from it again. Not only rude but gross. Least he can do was sincerely apologize but seemingly insincere and made us feelmit was our fault. Not to mention provide a comp dessert, not even. This is our last going to this restaurant. Not a very nice but very unpleasant experience. On hindsight, I regretted tipping him.

My wife and I ordered from the pizzeria tonight and the food we got was overpriced and inedible. When I came to pick up the food, the bartender looked me up and down and said “we don’t have an order from you.” Once I said my name they remembered I ordered a gluten free pizza for my wife.
The pizza tasted terrible. The sauce tasted sour and the cheese seems to have turned bad. For $27, I can’t believe how horrible the food was. We both tried 1 slice and couldn’t make it through the rest. My wife spit hers out.
From the rude staff to the very gross food, would not recommend.

I was very disappointed with the host's attitude. He treated us like walk-ins and did not seat us in a good seat. When I pointed out there was a better seat vacant, he said it was reserved!

My husband and I eat here every year visiting Kauai. We love the food, ocean front view, great servers, wine list-what's not to love?! The seafood and meats are excellent. We can't wait to come back again!

Great experience at this Italian restaurant. Ordered the eggplant Parmesan. It was absolutely fabulous. We were also treated to the departure of one of the large cruise ships from our balcony view. Great service great food great value.

Large menu that has something for everyone. The fresh fish special was outstanding. The pasta dishes that my party had were also outstanding. Service was very efficient. We will return next time we are in Kauai.

This time she brought me the wrong dinner and then seemed confused when I said it wasn't what I ordered. She brought me the right dinner shortly thereafter but never changed it on the bill (what I ordered was less expensive than what she brought). When I asked about it she said she thought they were the same price so she just left it. We ordered dessert and were brought a slice that was half the size of the one we'd had a few days earlier. She shrugged and said that's just how they cut it. We asked the owner, who is a wonderful host, and he insisted on bringing us another one. He ended up bringing something else because apparently the tiny piece of our original order was the last one. I would definitely recommend this place and will go there again. Will just hope for a different server!

First with the positive, the location and views are amazing. If you get there at 5:00, and get a rail seat it's beautiful. Now with the things that need improvement. Upon arrival the host/hostess, and servers, seem to be very brusque and unhappy to be there. Not welcoming at all. You get the feeling they want to feed you and then get you to leave as quickly as possible. The food is average Italian, not bad, not over the top good. Standard fare, priced ok. The portions have been cut down from last year, I left feeling hungry-ish. All in all, not a bad experience, just nothing special.

It would have been worth it, just for the location overlooking the beach at Nawiliwili Harbor, but the food was really good, too. I don't know how often they have live music, but we were there on a Thursday and the performer they had was very talented and enjoyable accompaniment to a delicious meal. My wife had the Linguine Alla Carbonara and I had Fettuccine Bolognese with two meatballs. Both were delicious! And we finished off our meal by splitting a tiramisu, which was also amazing.

We are the the Pizzaria attached. Upon entering the restaurant, we were told that the pizzaria guests ate inside the restaurant and could not be seated on the balcony despite our reservation being at 5 pm when the restaurant opened and the balcony being mostly open during our entire experience. The inside of the restaurant was extremely hot with little to no airflow, appeared to be dated in its design and it took an extended period of time for staff to meet us and to take our order. The food was decent as a whole, but our experience with the other aspects were not to the level of other restaurants in the vicinity.
