“Stopped by the food trucks for a quick lunch. The others were actually all closed so we picked this one based on no other choice lol. What a blessing this turned out to be.I had Kalua Pig and ordered my wife Pancit.The kalua pig was literally in the top 2 or 3 I've ever had. Full flavor without being overly salty. Great grilled cabbage with it too. I upgraded to fried rice- very tasty and similar to Japanese fried rice. So good. Even the side salad was great- mixed greens some cucumbers and carrots with ranch. The key is it was fresh, and had spinach and arugula in it as well.The Pancit was fresh and perfect. The kumquat added a great balance to the flavor and put it over the top.The food took a few minutes, after eating it we will be happy to wait a few minutes again!The owners were very nice people!
