Don’t go here if you want atmosphere. The food was freaking amazing! We had the bbq ribs and the mahi-mahi in garlic butter. Both were excellent. Try the papaya seed dressing!

They served me cold French fries and then touched them with their hands to check the temperature. I told them I wouldn’t eat them after that. They replaced the fries, but tossed my spoon into my dish and made fun of me. Very disrespectful to their customers.

Harley's Tropical Barbeque is a must if you are super hungry, like standard food or local food and like generous portions that are prepared like they are serving their own friends and family. The service (Hi, Tessa!) is the warmest and friendliest you'll ever see on Kauai. Our office loves to call in lunch takeout orders which are always hot and ready exactly when they say they will be (usually 20 min. for our group). The food and service are consistently good. They also have covered outdoor lanai tables that's great for meeting up with friends for lunch or dinner. Their prices are the best you'll find anywhere on the island for the quality meal you'll receive. Located in Puhi Industrial, they're a local favorite hidden gem.

Easily top 5 steaks I’ve ever had. The ribeye was perfectly cooked and the garlic butter put it over the top. Everything they served was amazing. Best hidden gem on the island, hands down. The prices were great even for the steak.

Always a good go to for reliable local flavors and consistent food quality. My fav is the Pork tinono with spicy shoyu. Otherwise they have the usual popular fried choices and local style food.

Delicious beyond compare. I ordered the Teriyaki Mahi-mahi combo with rice and Mac salad. Great service, super quick, there was a great breeze while I was waiting that added to the atmosphere.

Ordered the beef sandwich with pineapple. Tasted good but the way it was served it looked like a hamburger which got me to think critically about the reason by which a beef swarma uses a wrap instead of a bun. The darn meat falls out as you try to bite into the burger cause the meat is too tough; not to say that the meat wasn’t good, i liked the way it was marinated but i was kind of disappointed by the whole failed concept of it all. I ended up just picking away at it, including the pineapple piece. Sucks that there was no bathroom and no sink or wet towelettes to clean your hands. Dunno if i’d go back. Partner ordered the pork belly w rice. It was good; i even sampled it. Took me to thinking about a favorite filipino dish we eat on the mainland in California called sugba kinilau (not sure if its spelled right) was just missing the fresh tuna chunks, onion slices, sliced jalapeños and rice vinegar dressing. Give this place a 4 overall.
