Burgers were cold. Took us 10 minutes to order because they couldn't figure out what we were saying and we didn't order anything special! Last time I go to this one.

my food was cold and an hour later after I ate I couldn’t even move from how bad my stomach hurted I almost had to go to the ER i was stuck in bed for hours I definitely got food poisoning

When i was there for my first time everything looked good! What caught my eye was the T-pain special with breakfast burger,taco,curly fries,and a cookie! It was good probably because I was starving! But after a time my stomach wasn't feeling good and I threw up from the greasiness of the food like steak and shake. This is probably my last time to go back there! I don't know why they are still open with the maintenance of the food being that greasy!

Living part time on island and part time in Maine my daughter loves going to Jack in the Box when we are home on Kauai. Food is always good and fresh.

Never open when they say they are, Drive-Thru always has a gate made out of plastic bags. So not only is the Drive Thru not 24hrs, but the dining room also isnt open until way past their posted times.

Their drinks are always either watered down or just all carbonation. Make sure you check your order, they do get it right most of the time by constantly taking your food back after giving it to you but once or twice they do forget items. You also need a lot of patience while ordering because you'll need to repeat yourself alot.
