If I could rate this place a 0 I would. The customer service sucks and they were all really rude. Food sucks as well. They can’t get orders correct even though I repeated it.

I've visited Lihue a couple times and have to go to Jack in the Box, as we dont have them back home. Its a nice fast food place to eat.

Typical jack in the box, great food, good service. 4 stars only because they had no Rainbow Warriors antenna balls in stock sadly. The Hawaii exclusive Macadamia nut milkshake is DELICIOUS!

Burgers were cold. Took us 10 minutes to order because they couldn't figure out what we were saying and we didn't order anything special! Last time I go to this one.

my food was cold and an hour later after I ate I couldn’t even move from how bad my stomach hurted I almost had to go to the ER i was stuck in bed for hours I definitely got food poisoning

When i was there for my first time everything looked good! What caught my eye was the T-pain special with breakfast burger,taco,curly fries,and a cookie! It was good probably because I was starving! But after a time my stomach wasn't feeling good and I threw up from the greasiness of the food like steak and shake. This is probably my last time to go back there! I don't know why they are still open with the maintenance of the food being that greasy!

Living part time on island and part time in Maine my daughter loves going to Jack in the Box when we are home on Kauai. Food is always good and fresh.
