Never open when they say they are, Drive-Thru always has a gate made out of plastic bags. So not only is the Drive Thru not 24hrs, but the dining room also isnt open until way past their posted times.

Their drinks are always either watered down or just all carbonation. Make sure you check your order, they do get it right most of the time by constantly taking your food back after giving it to you but once or twice they do forget items. You also need a lot of patience while ordering because you'll need to repeat yourself alot.

This is the worst jack in the box i've ever been to They are always. Closed early never open 24 hours. Never open on time in the morning. And the food sucks. And I forgot to mention they're always out of everything good.

Every single time they get my order wrong and I have to go back. Rock hard bread, or missing item. They also always lock the lobby so I have to wait in line all over again to get the order fixed then the food is cold. Maybe they lock the lobby because they are shame of seeing people eat their food.My fault for coming back. Never again

Can you please update your open and close time because it says 24 hours here on google but it’s always close around 10:30pm-11pm. I know it is due to short staff but please put 24 hours once you have enough workers to work at the midnight shift.
