I won't be going to KFC in time soon again. I was asked to pick some stuff up. I stopped into the store only to find that the dining room is closed! So you have to use the drive-thru. Going through the drive-thru the sign and the speaker aren't in front of each other, so you have to stick your head out the window to make your order. We ordered two meals, got to the window and they only had one ready. Not willing to wait another 15 minutes, I got what I ordered and left. Don't waste your time unless you're dead set on KFC chicken.

I ordered on the app, but when I got to the window it was still processing. I told the lady my name, she said she didn’t see my order. I checked my app, and it said it’s processing. I apologized and said it didn’t go through yet. While we were talking it went through. She saw it, and started yelling, “DID YOU JUST MAKE THE ORDER???” I said I was sorry it just went through. She said “YOU CANT DO THAT YOU NEED TO ORDER 5-15 MINUTES IN ADVANCE! YOU NEED TO GO PARK” .. this was by far, the stupidest thing I ever heard. I ordered 1 chicken little meal. There was no line behind or in front of me. It was literally the same thing as me pulling up and ordering at drive thru. But for some reason, in her old brain, because it was on a mobile phone, it needed to be done 15 minutes a head of time. Absolutely stupid. I was so upset at the way she spoke to me that I told her you know, just cancel the order. And I drove off and left. This is why no one goes to KFC on Kauai, and everyone goes to McDonalds instead.Everyone at McDonald’s is super nice and super patient.

I recently dined at Kentucky Fried Chicken and had an outstanding experience that absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The food was nothing short of delicious. The signature fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just as I remember from childhood. Each bite was packed with flavor, and the sides—especially the mashed potatoes and coleslaw—were the perfect complement to the meal.
What truly stood out, though, was the friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and prompt service. The employees were attentive and eager to make sure my order was just right. They even offered recommendations on their popular menu items, which I really appreciated.
The restaurant was clean and well-organized, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience. I left feeling satisfied and excited to return for another meal. If you’re looking for great tasting food served by a welcoming team, Kentucky Fried Chicken is the place to go!

Great tasting KFC. Definitely not greasy. The inside was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Although they were short staffed they made sure we were taken cared for in a reasonable time. A little pricey but the food took us back to the original recipe.

Just ordered a large family bucket with tenders online. Food was packed and ready for pickup. Nicely prepared, and just what we ordered. Bone-in pieces were smaller than normal (like on the mainland), but very flavorful and tender. Staff was very friendly and will definitely order from again. Excellent job Kauai KFC!!
