I recently dined at Kentucky Fried Chicken and had an outstanding experience that absolutely deserves a five-star rating! The food was nothing short of delicious. The signature fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just as I remember from childhood. Each bite was packed with flavor, and the sides—especially the mashed potatoes and coleslaw—were the perfect complement to the meal.
What truly stood out, though, was the friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and prompt service. The employees were attentive and eager to make sure my order was just right. They even offered recommendations on their popular menu items, which I really appreciated.

Parking: There are plenty of spots to park your vehicle, even there oversized vehicles to a certain extent (not a semi with trailer).

Great tasting KFC. Definitely not greasy. The inside was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Although they were short staffed they made sure we were taken cared for in a reasonable time. A little pricey but the food took us back to the original recipe.
I'm giving it a 2 star just because we had to drive a long ways to get it other than that. It was not good food.The sides are large.

Just ordered a large family bucket with tenders online. Food was packed and ready for pickup. Nicely prepared, and just what we ordered. Bone-in pieces were smaller than normal (like on the mainland), but very flavorful and tender. Staff was very friendly and will definitely order from again. Excellent job Kauai KFC!!

They only sell to take away, tables and chairs are not available to eat with family and friends, I live on the Island, I don't have a car, I use public transportation and I always have to place my order on foot, behind or in front of the cars. I think it's time to enable the establishment's lobby.

I was charge twice1 was $39.71Than $40.30I look at my bank app when I got hm and called them and drove from kapaa to Lihue still waiting to get my $40.30 back...Check your receipt when your there.....And every other places on kauai...People are probably over work and lack of employees,And don't care and not paying attention to what there doing ....I wonder how much other people got charged twice or more the you should have paid...
