Such a great option during the pandemic! The sushi sandwiches were fantastic. So much attention to flavors colors and presentation. Unbelievably good value as well. You can easily split one of these into 2 meals making it cheaper than fast food. And 100x better. Highly recommended!

This is absolutely the best food truck food i have ever had. The slub sushi roll was great and very inventive. Had some of the best BBQ pork that I have ever had and this is saying something since I am from the South where BBQ pork is great. Add to all this the portions are large and prices are good. A must try in Kauai!

We enjoyed their steamed bun sandwiches today. We had the pork and ginger fried chicken. All sandwiches come with fresh fries or green salad, namasu or potato salad. Generous portions , good prices !

this food truck sits just to the side of the Harbour Mall. The seared Ahi wrap was unbelievably delicious! each platter had for wraps and they were enormous. We also had our choice of salad or fries. we absolutely loved everything about it even with a long wait for food.

Highly recommended for good reason. I had the seared ahi wrap with a salad and my sis had the ginger chicken Hawaiian Club wrap with fries. Everything was so fresh, beautifully prepared and cooked, and absolutely delicious. We had a bit of a wait, because they were so busy, and it was well worth it. Very convenient if you're just flying in, or if you want one last great meal before you fly out, but also worth going out of your way for!
Excellent food. I had a seared Ahi Tuna Sushi Wrap and my wife had ginger chicken on their handmade buns. My wife said the buns were very stretchy and did not get soggy. Food was excellent, reasonably priced. I have celiac and they were very aware and helpful with gluten free options. Absolutely would eat here again!
