I ordered a gluten free cake, and with gluten free you never know how it is going to turn out. I have to say Ko bakery did not disappoint! The cake was delicious! The staff were so friendly and warm! Such a good find! I would highly recommend Ko Bakery!

This bakery is an absolute gem. From the initial enquiry to ordering, everything was so easy and the staff were genuinely lovely. The vibe of the bakery is beautiful.
We ordered the pumpkin crunch cake and it was decadent but perfectly balanced — honestly unsure how they make a profit given the size and quality. The candied pecans with the spiced cake and cream cheese frosting were incredible.
We also grabbed cookies and fudge brownies and everything was a 10/10. We’ll definitely be back.
Friendly and helpuful staff. Quick service, no wait time since we were the only ones. Found out that the coffee beans they sell are kauai grown and roasted. The ice coffee was smooth and had coffee flavor. Really smooth. I would go back to try the rest of the baked goods.

Ko Bakery was everything I hoped for and more. I worked closely with Candi and I honestly adore her. I had so many questions about flavors, textures, designs, all of it, and she always responded with so much patience and warmth. She has this calm, steady way about her that truly took the stress out of the process. We ended up choosing the white cake with haupia icing for our main cake and a chocolate ganache groom’s cake, and both were unreal. Our guests are still talking about how good they were. The cakes were beautiful, delicious, and exactly what we imagined. I am so thankful we chose Ko Bakery, they made this whole experience feel so special.

Ko Bakery made our delicious wedding cake! They were so kind to bake us a custom-flavored sponge that turned out beautifully. Their lilikoi (passionfruit) buttercream is also to die for.
Special shout out to Candi for being so patient and so helpful with us from start to finish with our wedding cake. She was also so knowledgeable about weddings on Kaua'i.
Besides wedding cake, do try their flavored lattes. Honestly, they are some of the best I have ever had! My favorite was the Coco Caramel Latte.
If you are visiting Kaua'i, please make the stop at Ko Bakery. It may be in an unassuming location, but you will not be disappointed with the delights of this charming bakery.

We cannot thank Ko Bakery enough for providing the most fabulous wedding cake for our beach wedding in Kauai! Our lipikon dream cake with mango filling but absolutely beautiful and tasted heavenly. It had real flowers on top and was the star of the show!! Everyone loved it! My husband loved it so much I had to ask him to stop eating it so we could take pictures! Candi was so helpful throughout the entire process and made sure every special request was taken care of with utmost kindness and perfection. She was prompt with her emails, helped us finalize flavors to customize our cake, and was always patient and accommodating. It was truly a pleasure working with her and everyone at Ko Bakery. We highly recommend Ko Bakery to anyone visiting Kauai!

Ko Bakery made my daughter’s wedding cake & it was absolutely amazing. Elegance in the presentation and in the flavors. Beautiful cake well crafted and sturdy for us to transport up to Koke’e without any issue. Everyone went crazy over the flavors. We did Lilikoi Dream with Lilikoi buttercream frosting. Talented chef!!!! And the ordering process was so easy. They made it so easy for the mom of the bride with already so much stress! Love love love this bakery!! I’ll be coming by for treats next time I’m on island visiting my daughter and in-laws ❤️
