Normally eat at the truck right next to this one but they were closed for today so decided to try Mama’s. Big mistake! The Pork Adobo was so salty it could not be eaten. The macaroni salad side listed on the menu was “out” so a few greens were thrown on the plate as a substitute. Haven’t had a dish this bad in a long time! My friend ordered Pansit with pork. Which was a hide n seek kind of dish, and the pork won as it could not be found at all. Just a pile of dry sticky noodles. All this for $43 plus dollars! Next time my normal food truck is closed, I’ll just walk away and go elsewhere. I suggest you take our advice and walk away from this place too.

Food cooked with love. Excellent vegan options. The tofu curry was so good. Fresh vegetables and organic ingredients are used to make this.

Filipino food. Food tasted ok, not the large portions we're used to here in Hawaii

Stopped by the food trucks for a quick lunch. The others were actually all closed so we picked this one based on no other choice lol. What a blessing this turned out to be.I had Kalua Pig and ordered my wife Pancit. The kalua pig was literally in the top 2 or 3 I've ever had. Full flavor without being overly salty. Great grilled cabbage with it too. I upgraded to fried rice- very tasty and similar to Japanese fried rice. So good. Even the side salad was great- mixed greens some cucumbers and carrots with ranch. The key is it was fresh, and had spinach and arugula in it as well. The Pancit was fresh and perfect. The kumquat added a great balance to the flavor and put it over the top.The food took a few minutes, after eating it we will be happy to wait a few minutes again! The owners were very nice people! Great job!

Ok I’m going to share a secret with you. The absolute, hands-down BEST Filipino food on the island of Kauai can be found in a food truck on Rice St. Manna on Wheels IS authentic Filipino food at its finest. I grew up in San Diego eating authentic Filipino food and over the years, I’ve tried MANY Filipino restaurants and have been disappointed in most. NOT HERE. This food is FRESH and made to order! We had the pansit, Chicken Adobo and of course we had to try the lumpia! And oh. My. Gosh! The pansit was HEAVENLY. Cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of veggies to give each bite that crunch! And the flavor!! And the smell! The chicken adobo was rich and with the slow cooked potatoes, carrots and onion it felt like the comfort food of my childhood. And the lumpia. Oh the LUMPIA! The only way to go is the pork and veggies and these bad boys are HUGE! Not the little lumpias I’ve come to known from the Filipino bakeries. Deep Fried to absolute perfection! Crispy on the outside and stuffed full of goodness on the inside. We’ve been twice and both times there was hardly any line. But honestly, this place is too good to not have a line around the block. Seriously.
