Love to review this place appropriately but showed up at 1:30pm before they closed at 2. I got shooed because they closed early without warning. No signage or anything. Completely unprofessional and do not recommend going here

My first time I tried this place, it was closed around 8am on a Friday. Don't know if Google times were wrong, none the less I would try again after seeing it was open the next day. The food was amazing and plentiful. The service was quick but the menu choices were very limited. Prices were reasonably and the servings were more than enough for 2. I guess second times a charm.
Parking: A few parking spots in front, but there is a large parking lot across the street. Use the crosswalk to be safe! Don't be unsafe and lazy!

I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. It was a pretty average burger. I wish it came with a spread or sauce and wished they also roasted the bun. They provide ketchup, mayo, and mustard to use on the burger.
They have an upstairs with a pretty killer view to enjoy your meal.

Fun place to eat breakfast. The gal at the counter was the nicest lady ever. Had the breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, and French toast. All were really good. Highly recommend. We'll be back to try lunch.

I bought the breakfast burrito it wasn’t what I thought it was going to be it tasted not good and I couldn’t finish it. Also when I asked for a refill of water the lady said that they don’t normally give refills due to sanitary reasons and that she would refill just this one time. My wife bought French toast and she said it was good but it’s hard to mess that up.

Fast and inexpensive breakfast in Lihue and just a stones throw from the Marriott (5 minute walk). I got the French toast which came with 4 pieces of bacon. The French toast was delicious. Hit the spot!

The food was mediocre we asked for avocado burgers the lettuce was dirty, avocado was black, we got charged for water. The burger didn’t have mayo or mustard. I don’t even eat black avocados at home. Don’t waste your money we spent almost $50 for a bad meal.

Had to fight with the chickens to finish my meal.
We were staying at the Marriott nearby we saw that Noka Grill was rated highly so one day decided to go for the breakfast. I was disappointed with the food and the prices. We ordered a breakfast burrito without meat, onion rings and a coffee. We got burrito only with eggs nothing else inside it, we were given plain rice on the side not sure how one should eat them. We got exactly 4 onion rings which cost us $9.95+plus tax that is $2.50 per onion ring. We liked the coffee. View on top of the terrace was good. Overall I am disappointed with food and prices. There are no vegetarian options at Noka Grill like many places in Kauai.

Best Loco Moco on the island! We ate here every morning and were treated by the friendliest staff. Breakfast views from their upper seating cannot be beat. Looking forward to our next stay and our Loco Mocos from Noka!

Beautiful view on the second floor. Big portions of food and delicious omelets. We had Loco Moco and egg white omelets.

An easy counter window, kind of spot, classic Hawaiian dishes in a no frills environment. A close walk to the beach, highly recommend bringing a plate lunch and you get better seating than those eating up above at Dukes!
