Exceptionally delicious and flavorful with large servings and quick service with a smile. Would definitely return often!!
I had such a great experience at Pho Kauai! The food was absolutely delicious — the broth for the pho was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. The service was warm and friendly, and the staff made sure we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere that made it a perfect spot for a casual meal. If you’re craving authentic, comforting Vietnamese food on Kauai, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
Everything we tried was excellent. The spring rolls were fresh and the pho broth rich and flavorful. Service was also very fast!

We had a Pho with Meatballs and Steak and a papaya salad, it was good the papaya salad is not spicy at all. The pho was very tasty.

Small restaurant. Appears to be pretty busy might be because there’s just not much pho option on the island.
Service was okay. Everything is so fast and the waiter was constantly running back and worth and shouting things out. Once we got our orders, we never saw the waiter again.
Good was okay. Pho was different than mainland pho that I’ve had. The broth was thicker, more oily, and the meat was thicker cut, not as tendered.
The spring roll I got was not bad. The ends were dried, this is how you know it’s not freshly made, most remade, wrapped, and stored. Good sauce.
Will I go back? Mixed feelings. I want to say No but as I said earlier, there’s not much pho options on the island.

Pho was pretty good. Definitely helped by some sriracha and hoisin sauce. Not the best I’ve had but solid for a quick fix.

Actually shocked at all the 5 star reviews.. came here last week and have to say this is probably the most disappointing experiences across all of the islands! We ordered the Pho Tai (which apparently the waiter/owner didn't know what that was should've been a sign to walk out the door) and the broth tasted like one of those instant noodle packaged mixes. The meat wasn't raw, rather rubbery and probably a good thing cause the soup wasn't even hot enough to cook the meat! Also ordered the Grilled Pork chops - the meat def was leftover from the day(s) before - just re-heated and served with some rice.
Just sad to have to write this but do want to give others a heads up PSA!

This definitely not authentic Vietnamese place. Decided to try because there was good reviews but definitely not good.
Maybe they changed owners because it’s embarrassing to say that this place is Vietnamese. Horrible service, old grilled pork meats chops and dirty restaurant.
Had some pho and spring rolls which was a meal for 2 (and I shared it with my partner). Really good flavors in the broth. I wish they served beer or sake because I feel that would be a great addition, but still yummy and good service.
