Combination of grocery store, bakery, and restaurant. Frequented by old ladies and young male workers -- positive indicators of quality and value. We got a small marinated pork ($8), custard pastry, and sticky rice for a total of $12.Pork was super flavorful though I was unable to identify anything. The custard pastry was mind-blowing.

Good home style food. After trying to find some decent food on this island and being disappointed over and over I was pleasantly surprised by this place.Got some stewed chicken, it’s flavorful without just being salty. The mochi / glutinous rice bites were good too. Wife got a bittermelon leaf soup. I can’t handle the bitterness but she said it was good.Takes card.

So good! Definitely home style cooking, and fulfilled my craving for some old fashioned really good Filipino food. Thank you!
We walked by after breakfast next door, and the smell drew us in. Super delicious Filipino treats!!!! And super nice lady helped us.
Hot pandesal is amazing and friendly people.
Love to eat hear when visiting Kauai. You need to arrive early or you gonna miss out on your favorite dish. I love their mung bean soup with bittermelon leaves, pinapaitan, pinakbet, chicken soup with bittermelon leaves, and pork hocks with potatoes. Yummy.. There are tables to eat right then and there , water provided or you can purchase a. Beverage. Several kind of desert to purchase and of course talking with the locals and getting tips on where to travel on the island for some fun. I always try to eat here at least 3-4 times while I visit this islandI've tried other Filipino restaurant, but always return to this one because of the flavor of the food I'm looking for....
Tasty, Fresh, and Authentic Filipino Cuisine. Try out their pandesals too with a cup of coffee!
