The best birthday cake ice cream AND service. Thanks for a great experience and delicious ice cream. Had to write this review right after I finished the waffle cone. FYI ice cream was in the bottom of the waffle cone. Delicious.
Amazing ice cream and the waffle cones have a hint of cinnamon! Great customer service. Highly recommend and look forward to a return visit.
Not only was it the best ice cream and shave ice we’ve ever had — it’s honestly the best shop on the island! We were greeted with aloha by super nice, patient, and quick servers who made it such a great experience. We got five shave ices (all with ice cream and snow cap!), came back for banana splits to end our trip, and even grabbed a chewy fudgy brownie for the plane ride — everything was amazing! Thank you, Skinny Mike’s! 🍧🍌🌺✈️
Shave ice was way too sweet. I ate the icecream on the bottom

Such good ice cream and Shaved ice, and the youngan who served us was super friendly and helpful.
There were no vegan options as the web site stated so my young son had to just watch everyone else eat. What a disappointment. I think they just say they have vegan options to lure people in.

Love this place!! Went 3x during my 5 day visit. The lime coconut cheesecake ice cream was fantastic! Creamiest ice cream I've ever had.
The customer service was really great. I feel bad that they have to deal with rude tourists, but the sign they have posted explains it all (take an application) LOL
Came here while visiting the local mall area on vacation. It was amazing, the portions were huge. Our family of 4 ordered 4 different shaved ices. Mine, the root beer float, was complimented perfectly with a hidden scoop of ice cream, perfectly melted hidden under the shaved ice. A+ will return before we head off island!
I like the ice cream varieties. I had the Banana Split! So refreshing. My g'dkids had the Sunday and Waffle Cone. Priced a little high, but worth it.
Flavors were not that great and atmosphere is lacking.
Amazing chocolate pb ice cream sundae! Poor girl was working all by herself so was a little bit of a wait, but she was cruising and had a good attitude! Worth it! Thanks!
