⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Starbucks Experience Ever — Thanks to Geraldine!
I travel constantly, but I have never had a Starbucks experience as warm, genuine, and memorable as the one I had with Geraldine at the airport Starbucks. She is truly one of a kind.
From the moment I walked up, she greeted me with the friendliest smile and an energy that instantly made my day better. She goes above and beyond for every customer — you can feel how much she cares.
One thing that really stood out to me is how respectfully and thoughtfully she takes care of U.S. military service members and veterans. She makes sure they receive their honor discount without hesitation, and she does it with gratitude and sincerity. It’s rare to see that level of appreciation and kindness these days.
Geraldine brings heart, professionalism, and genuine humanity to her job. In a busy airport environment, she is a breath of fresh air. Starbucks is incredibly lucky to have her, and customers like me are grateful for her every single day.
If you pass through this airport, do yourself a favor and stop by this Starbucks — and hope you get helped by Geraldine. She’ll turn your whole day around.

I usually avoid Starbucks like the plague, but when you can’t find coffee, you do what you got to do!! In fairness….the staff was awesome and very nice! The coffee was great! My hat is off to you guys…….This time! 😂😂🤙🤙🤙🤙

We had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks, primarily due to the behavior of a cashier/barista named Aisha. Hopefully you are lucky enough to not get her. My husband slightly changed his food order (literally one second after saying it, before paying), and she immediately scolded him in a rude tone, complete with eye rolls. It was unnecessarily condescending.
Even after that interaction, she got my drink order wrong and then tried to tell me I was mistaken—until I jogged her memory of our conversation, at which point she said, “oh yeah,” with no apology. On top of that, the breakfast sandwich she made was terribly assembled—the bun wasn’t even placed on top, the cheese was everywhere as a result—and I watched as she deliberately made orders for other people before ours.
It’s really unfortunate to end what had been an amazing babymoon trip on such a sour note. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but customer service requires at least basic courtesy. If you can’t treat people with civility, this may not be the right role.
Service aside. I always appreciate that Starbucks food and drinks taste good.

Waited 30 mins for ice coffee. It’s literally ice and coffee. When I went back to the line to tell them the order got missed. I was told that someone else must’ve picked it up. No they didn’t, every name got called out as I was waiting there. It then got made in about 20 seconds.

I ordered an iced shaken espresso and with a splash of oat milk. She poured almost the whole carton of oat milk in the drink. When she gave me the drink it was almost white. Straight to the trash, I already knew asking her to remake it was going to be a hassle and it would turn out the same way. 9 bucks down the drain… yet again Starbucks. I think since I do like a little cold foam on top maybe I will just ask for milk on the side I don’t think they can mess that up. The reason for just a splash of milk is I sometimes get a cold foam, this right here , was a disaster ..again. I am to the point I have scaled back going to Starbucks a lot. I don’t even get mad anymore …it’s like when an order is actually done correctly I am in utter shock!

There are 2 baggage claims so check the board for your flight because they are at opposite ends of the airport.

We ordered 2 sausage, bacon and egg wraps along with 2 double smoked bacon, cheese and egg sandwiches, and the 2 wraps were full of egg, literally not even 1 full strip of bacon, and 4 pellets of sausage in total. An absolute scam. There should be much more bacon and sausage included in the wrap given the almost $10 price tag. My daughters who had the other 2 sandwiches had more sausage in their sandwiches than I did in the wraps! I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone.
