Rude rude rude !!!! Red head is worst such a rude person yelled at son because he grabbed our mobile order bag before she put it in a certain area yes yelled ! Then I politely asked if we could grab our coffee since we were late for a tour and she rudely replied I will give you it to you when I am done and then she said here it is !!! So it was our drink . So I said a comment and she yelled back and me and son said comments . I have never seen such a rude person working at a Starbucks ! Then manager tried to be like why you yelling in here I am like um so is your worker !! Stay away I you could from this one !!! Going to corporate about this one .

Extremely rude staff. Came here twice in two days and the staff have serious attitude towards everyone. They hate their jobs and it shows. Eye rolls and zero customer service here. Do not go here. I’m reporting them to Starbucks headquarters for some violations I saw while here.

Worst customer service at a Starbucks I have ever received. When I come to Kauai I always go to local coffee shops to support local. This Morning I only went because we had to evacuate our airbnb at 1:50 a.m in the morning due to torrential rain and flooding. We left our place knee deep in water, sat in our car in the parking lot soaking wet and at about 5:30 a.m noticed that Starbucks was actually open. I thought great coffee and a bathroom.We walked in and noticed a sandwich board sign "bathroom closed" when inquired and explained our situation the gal said their bathroom was broke. As I started to say sorry we have been in our car all night basically, she was quite rude and not helpful whatsoever. I felt as if the 3 gals working treated us like houseless people. I don't expect to be catered to but a little helpfulness and kindness goes a long ways.The only reason the 1 gal acknowledged us was because I was trying to find a bathroom that was available the other 2 barely made eye contact and said nothing at all. A situation like this when roads were closed, flooding was happening in many parts of the island, trees down and we had to flee in the middle of the night to higher ground a little customer service and kindness goes along ways.This Starbucks was a disappointment to say the least. All the more reason I will continue to support local coffee shops the remainder of my vacation and in the future.

Coffee was obviously great but the staff was miserable. No acknowledgement that we were there other than taking our order with zero eye contact and no words spoken. Truly odd. Felt like a burden being there. Maybe it was an off day. ??

I went to Starbucks at Kukui Grove Shopping center three days in a row. On Fri 1/26 & Sat 1/27 both days I noticed there were mobile ordered ready for pickup however the app online had a message that online order for this location wasn’t available.On the 3rd day, Sunday 1/28 I decide to ask who I think is the store manager, a gal wearing glasses with orange hair “I notice there’s mobile orders being placed however my app is showing there’s no mobile orders available for this location. Her response “Mobile order is available” and walks away.I live here and have been attending a conference at Royal Sonesta for the past 3 day conference at Royal Sonesta, I have 2 babies under 2 yrs of age. My life depends on online orders and being able to grab my coffee/breakfast on the go. I’ve never dealt with anyone in customer service so rude and dismissive. One of her staff was kind enough to take the time and explain that I may need to update my app in order to place an order online. Needless to say I’ll never go to that location EVER again. The Kapaa location has the most amazing staff.
So, I’ve been to this ordinary Starbucks. Nice drinks, fast service, and the Atmosphere needs a bit to it. Maybe add some more decors so that it can look more interesting to the Atmosphere?

Only one gal was working making drinks she was very busy, 2 others just standing, when I asked the one just standing drawing a black circle if I could have some cream and sugar she told me to go ask the girl who was so busy down at the end making drinks.... she was to busy to notice we where in need of something... not friendly and short.....
