The staff here is never nice. Currently, they’re out of iced and hot coffee and the shift supervisor doesn’t offer any alternative solution, just “sorry” and didn’t even look at me. 2 stars because it is clean at least.

Stopped in today while traveling from another state, looking for a place to work remotely (Starbucks is usually my go to). 05/15/25 at 3:20 PM.
We did a quick lap around the place checking to see if there were outlets when a couple of men at a table let us know they were headed out and we could use their table.
Firstly, all outlets in the place were intentionally covered up preventing use...
Secondly, when we went up to the counter to ask if there were outlets we could use and to order a coffee, both ladies working gave us extremely rude looks and one of them (obese with dark hair up in a messy bun) rudely told us there were no outlets and then told us not to bother customers or make them leave...
Like, what?? Who would walk up to people and ask them to leave? We didn't even say a word to them, but they did see us looking around and let us know they were headed out and had empty cups confirming they weren't leaving because of us.
What a weird thing to assume and an extremely rude way to address it if you did think that was what is happening.
Definitely would never recommend anyone come here due to the overall unwelcoming environment and rudest encounter with a Starbucks employee that I've ever had.
My review is solely focused on the service, which is a rare occurrence. To begin with, the coffee was well-made, but the service and wait times were disappointing.
After waiting over 17 minutes for my coffee, I still hadn’t received it. When I approached the barista to inquire about my order, I was rudely informed that it was in the queue and that they were running 10 minutes late. However, the customers who had ordered before and after me had already picked up their orders and left. I believe they realized their mistake and promptly made my order after I had asked, without acknowledging their error.
To make matters worse, I was handed a grande-sized drink when I had ordered a Venti. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the order wasn’t correctly entered at the cash counter. I left the establishment feeling frustrated and disheartened by the lack of friendly and supportive attitude displayed by the staff in acknowledging and rectifying their mistakes.
Just a word of advice of future customer not to expect good service here.
