Very poor look for the brand when the baristas are so untrained as they were here this past Sunday. I mean how can you mess up an order for grande Pike place with room for cream. The coffee cup was lukewarm (not warm at all)and had lots of cream already added to it. When I told the barista this was not what I ordered, he yelled that is what a regular brew is. Not wanting to make a scene I walked off. Mind you I order this drink at a Starbucks about three times a week. Unacceptable even though is Hawaii.

Our entire family really dislikes going to this Starbucks, one of my family members works right next to Safeway and still drives to Target for Starbucks. The employees are rude and disrespectful and most of the time there is just one person there. That one person never acknowledges the line and continues chatting while the line grows and grows. However, there was one employee that doesn’t take the time to scan the app and tells everyone that their location doesn’t do stars or scans the app. Avoid this location at all costs. The longest line at Target or the Kukui Grove Starbucks will be done in less than half the time it takes this Starbucks to make a single persons order. One star, although I wish we could go into the negatives.

The barista that took my order and made my drink was so kind and so quick. I think her name was Shanelle. She took the time to get to know me and ask what kind of drink I was craving because I didn’t know what I wanted. She asked how my day was and she made me feel so special. I would definitely come back.

Rude staff. Showed up at 2:55 pm told "sorry we're done, we have to clean to close by 4" even though online says open til 6?! Shouldn't you clean after the closing time and service up until then!

20 minutes to make an iced latte. There was not a rush. They forgot to write a cup. 10 minutes in we reminded them, they apologized and it still took 10 more minutes for the iced latte.

Store closes at 5pm. Was refused service at 4:13pm by a very rude employee after I traveled all day and 2 airplanes. Thanks for nothing!
