Been here 12 days, and this is the best meal I had, for sure. Don't miss this place. I ordered the brisket plate, went outside, ate it, went back inside and ordered the same thing again, and returned back outside to the same spot to eat that plate. What a lunch!

I only learned about this place looking for a place to buy gluten free beer, which they have and found a treasure trove of craft beers for sale.
I don’t eat meat but wow the place smalls amazing walking in.

We ordered the Mac and cheese boat and a bbq sandwich. Both were incredible. There was a great selection of ice-cold craft beer and the person who served us took time to answer questions and make recommendations. I’d highly recommend a stop here for a meal.

Great spot near the airport. The service was great and Uncle D's was by far the best BBQ we had on the islands. They also have a small liquor selection for those staying in the area.

We went there for two lunches in two days on the cruise ship. The jackfruit sandwich is TO DIE FOR and everything else we tried was amazing as well. Has a cool indie vibe (doubles as a disc golf pro shop) and apparently had the largest selection of craft beers on Kauai.
There's no place to eat in, but there are picnic tables in the mall and you can always just go across the street to the beautiful beach.

Uncle D’s is true Texas style BBQ. Really Good Texas style. Not many (if any) I know of on island. Plus they offer mild medium or spicy style. It’s a bit hard to find. It’s inside the Harbor Mall towards the rear. Reasonably priced. Large selection of craft beers too. This is a great spot I will definitely be back.

Stopped by on the way to the airport for a quick meal and everything we got was amazing! Highly recommend.
Tried the brisket and pork mac and cheese and it was very disappointing to the point I’m confused at the high ratings. Odd tiny cubes of brisket, dry pork with hardly any “spicy” sauce. I do not recommend.

They have on/off days for certain meats so I couldn’t get brisket but it was a ribs day so that’s what I got. I’m from Houston texas so my BBQ standards are high. It was okay the ribs were not fall off the bone but they had a great sauce. I recommend getting some spice sauce added. The macaroni was good. The seasoned ride is white rice with some seasoning sprinkled on top.

What an awesome little disc shop!! Dustin was so kind to go through the wide selection of discs he has, and was very knowledgeable in helping me select some discs for different types of shots. Definitely worth a stop before you go play some of the gorgeous courses here on island.
