My sister and me got some shave ice only thing the ice wasnât packed like it should have been she said sheâs running out of ice and it would take 15 minutes for new ice she said she can probably make one but she end up making 2 it was 15 minutes no new ice .. our shave ice melted so fast I know it gets humid out but Iâve had Plenty of shave ice it donât melt that fast.
Customer Service was good đ sheâs a young girl with a friendly mannerism. Shave ice was delicious đ

What an absolute joke of a business. The store claims to be open from 12 to 6pm, but apparently they just decide to shut down completely at 1pm for a full hour-long lunch break. Not a âback in 5â situationâfully closed, door locked. If youâre only open six hours a day, maybe donât disappear for one of them?
This is ridiculous she looked at us holding a cup of noodles through locked door and said I AM ON LUNCH đŁ.
I asked her to call the owner because itâs not acceptable, so she did let me talk to her manager.
When I finally spoke to the manager, their response was even more ridiculous: âItâs normal for us to close for lunch.â Seriously? Thatâs your customer service strategy? Close your entire business in the middle of the day and act like thatâs totally fine? News flash: itâs not. Every other food place manages to serve customers and let employees eat without locking customers out.
If your staff canât be bothered to work a six-hour shift without shutting the place down, maybe you shouldnât be running a business at all. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This place clearly doesnât want your business

Really disappointing experience. We showed up at Uncleâs Shaved Ice at 1pmâan hour after their posted opening timeâbut the doors were locked. After knocking, a girl finally came to the door and told us, âIâm on lunch, I will not serve you,â and walked off. We asked her to call the owner, and she ended up calling the manager instead, who told us that itâs completely normal to keep the door locked and not serve customers during staff lunchâright in the middle of open hours. No sign, no heads-up, no apology. Honestly, not the way to treat customers. We didnât even get to try the place and honestly didnât want to after knowing how they run the place. The owner should be ashamed this is who theyâre hiring!

Definitely not the best shaved ice on Kauai. Not even top 5, the flavors seem good, but they skimp on syrup so it's just bland ice after the outer layer.
Eh, nothing special and expensive for what it is.. it's just a snowcone. Don't waste your time or money.

I have had many shave ice on Maui. They are very good. This was not good. Rootbeer was not very flavorful, grape only mildly better, tigersblood was only good flavor. The floor was extremely sticky, to the point my slippa was stuck to the floor. I almost walked out of it due to it not coming loose, this was in several places on the floor. No one was in the shop before we came in, maybe they could mop up the mess. Some reviews say best on island, I hope not, very disappointed with my first shave ice

Had nice shaved ice in Maui so decided to stop here. Ordered its Island Nectar. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. Ice was coarsely shaved and loosely piled in a bowl. It started melting and dripping in about 2min, made a big mess. nothing impressive on the flavor either.
