The waiter was new and assisted by another gal- they were both pleasant. The food is now closer to the original Casanova Bistro- which I preferred. We went to this place after covid and everything was terrible then! I'm glad we gave this place another chance. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience. The waiter was lovely he seemed so engaged with us maybe he was the owner. Food was delicious. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our meal and the service. We were helped by Rockett who did a good job keeping our drinks filled, making sure we had what we needed and giving us space. The food was really good and the place is a perfect blend between nice and casual. We will return.

The food was amazing and reasonably priced for such a nice restaurant. Our server was also really nice and attentive and had suggestions for what to get which was helpful. Definitely recommend this place it's super nice inside and the tables aren't super close together which is nice!

It was a slow night for the restless because of the weather. Everyone working was very nice and attentive.

I don't have a clue how this restaurant has less than 5 stars. My experience was excellent service (Christopher was one of the best servers I have ever had) and genuinely some of the best pasta I have ever had.

Edit: After a second visit, I feel the need to recommend the gnocchi as well as the linguine al funghi. Two of the best dishes I have ever had. Oh, and Christopher was awesome again.

Restaurants on Maui should aspire to provide the quality of service and food that you get at Cassanova. Working in the restaurant industry, it's become disappointing to dine on Maui and Cassanova met all the marks as usual. If you're going to go out and spend almost $200 on a family of 4 then it should be expected that the food would be quality ingredients, fresh, and not your average faire. The wait staff was very attentive and always available. Overall a fantastic dining experience and can't wait to go back.

Hand made pasta, made fresh daily said the radio add 😂lol, you got me! Vegetarian with seafood eating friends, we enjoyed all the bread that was given with some delicious olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette. One friend had the caprese salad, which was beautiful, other friend had the special of the day with the shrimp and scallop pasta (every bite finished). I had the mushroom pasta, which was absolutely phenomenal, but what stole the show was the margarita pizza, the crust that had the best buttery garlic flavor! To die for (chefs kiss)!

The restaurant is better than the deli, I think. I will split the reviews:

Deli-its gotten better over the years. A few years ago I would have written that this is basically just cafeteria food; better than some bad college cafeterias I have been too, the same as a hospital cafeteria, worse than google cafeteria.

Its gotten better. the bread was previously like WonderBread or some slightly better equivalent, and while it has improved, I would still get a wrap or foccacia. Eggplant mozz was pretty good.

Restaurant-call ahead to make sure they don't have live entertainment. If they do, avoid this place unless you are literally insane over the performer.

Spinach travertine salad pretty good except dressing, get something else.
Ravioli pretty good. Truffle oil VERY good, absolutely get it. Gnocchi ok. If you get pizza or salad, ask then to distribute ingredients unless you really like clumps of ingredients

Always love it here. It's consistently delicious and people and service are wonderful.
