A wonderful discovery on Maui (not to be confused with Bistro Casanova). Our group of 10 was treated to a warm and friendly staff, attentive service and excellent cuisine. I had the caprese salad followed by the fresh catch; others had pastas or gnocchi...and even the chicken parmigiana that we all had to taste! it is way too noisy to have a conversation so we return much less often than we would otherwise as we enjoy the food and service.  we don't go with friends as it's too noisy to talk to them. 
Our experiences at Casanovas are always delightful. They are always so accommodating and patient with us and our keiki. For the specific encounter that I am writing this review I did give 3 stars on the food only because some of our pasta tasted a bit doughy. Otherwise it was a 5 star experience.
