While I am partial to the smash burger, any sausage, taco or daily special that I have partaken in has been DELICIOUS to say the least! All of the staff are pleasant and respectful as well. Paired with a fresh Mahalo AleWorks beer, and you're in for a treat ?
Upcountry Sausage is a food truck next Mahalo Aleworks. The team was very friendly and they take great care in delivering quality food! We purchased the RagingCajun which is an Andoluie Sausage with grilled peppers, onion and bits of pineapple and more. It was delicious, served on fantastic bun.
