L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

I ordered bbq chicken and it was ready in 60 seconds so I knew it wasn’t cooked fresh. Chicken was cold, flat and no sauce. Charge $1.04 for sauce, greedy.
I hate to speak poorly so please just improve and move on.

Food is good. Big portions. Staff are rude. Place is dirty and badly needs refreshing. Wrong phone number in google.

Horrible service and super stingy. Had to ask 3 times for more napkins because they give you one napkin every time…. I had a toddler with me so obviously going to need more napkins.
Ordered a regular size Katsu plate which gives more meat but you get one sauce, the same amount as a mini size plate. So you have to pay extra for the sauce when you already paid extra for the regular size. Where’s the common sense?
Also, this is the only L&L that doesn’t give two sauces for the regular.
Inside is stuffy, no AC, messy, and full of boxes.

Absolutely the worst loco moco I have ever tasted

Filling food, in large quantities, not great but edible.
It is not fine dinning, the BBQ meat is a flat stake, the fish was some sort of a white breaded fish, and the breaded shrimp was deep fat to a stiff brown something but all were tasty. There was plenty of rice and a pasta salad that was not bad.
The kalua pork dish was better with plenty of cabbage and rice.

They gave my food to someone else. I had to wait for that man to return with wrong order to get my food. So I received Luke warm food that I don't know who touched. Won't order from here

The food was so delicious! We got the breaded pork chops since they no longer made the grilled garlic pork chops. It still was pretty good. We also got orange chicken, steak hamburger, pork and cabbage, and again, it was all very delicious.

From 1600 to 1800, they have a steam table with approx 8-9 selections of Chinese dishes, which include starches. By 1700 there is very little to choose from.
