I stopped ordering from here for 3 main reasons.1. Pizza is always substandard compared to other papa johns.2. App/web order is always wrong. It always says pizza is ready for pickup but it never is. Then app shows it was picked up when I am still waiting for another 30mins. 1.5 hour total wait time when app says 38mins until ready.3. The team there don't want to improve. They know the problem exists.

Don't attempt to call your order in. It won't work. Calling center is messed up. Local manager doesn't seem to care either.

Pizza Was Really Good, I love how the Crust is soo soft and chewy. Ordered the Garlic knots omg I'm in love, soo chewy, lots of flavor and soo good, NO picture to show. You got me as a Regular Customer now!!

Update:Last review was over 2 years ago, but they are still consistent and toppings well distributed. We always do carryout and are always pleased. Customer service still awesome.These pandemic days, everyone working is masked-up, and they require customers to wear one too, which we appreciate (everyone is safe only when everyone follows safe practices). Rewards on the app still good. Tracking the pizza thru the app requires refreshing your app, but we have always used the estimate you get when you order, usually 15-29min, and have always been happy with it. A few minutes wait is no big deal and we watch it come out of the oven, bonus entertainment for kids, ha! Still like this neighborhood spot.---Always excellent customer service. We are here more often than I'd like to admit. Pizza is consistent, toppings are well distributed. Bake is usually excellent. Took a picture of the bottom of the pizza just for that. For anyone dissing the pizza, the pictures speak for themselves! We've tried the Pizza Hut and Domino's in this area (admittedly, those chains are different/better elsewhere on island) but they are too expensive and also too inconsistent. We prefer this small neighborhood joint.Free and plentiful parking.Bathroom in store.Dine-in available.Accepts credit cards.IDCard discounts also! I ordered a large pepperoni with double extra cheese on a wednesday night. It took 21 minutes for my pizza to be ready. The amount of cheese seemed like a regular pepperoni pizza. The wait times are significantly longer than the papa pohns in wahiawa. Averaging 20+ minutes vs ~10 minutes. I exclusively order carryout and will continue to order from the store in Wahiawa. Not so much a critique of the employees but the management.

Going down hill. Website gives wrong times and poor scheduling during busy times leaves customers waiting 2 hours only to get luke warm pizza. Not the staffers fault(who were extremely polite and apologetic) or the company as a whole, but management for poor scheduling. My cold pumpkin pizza :(

Yeah, no. Don’t order from this papa john’s. Smh. First off: they seriously need to fix the website because it’s been 2 different occasions that my household has placed an order, money taken out the bank, but they don’t receive it in their system.
