Based on the reviews, PO Sing Kitchen | Chinese is a small, long-standing restaurant located in a Mililani shopping center next to Safeway. The food is very good and flavorful, with a large parking lot serving many businesses. The best items include roast pork, char siu, and roast duck. The crispy pork is flavorful and juicy, with the flavor just right and not overly salty. The char siu is tender, tasty, and moist. They also have really good manapua, but have not been selling it lately. There can be a long line and only one person who chops the meat up. They do run out of popular items, so it is best to call before heading out in the afternoon, especially on the weekend. The place is worth the visit for the awesome food and is great for feeding the entire family. If someone does not live in Mililani, it is worth the trip.
