Papa Johns in the Mililani Marketplace has great workers and lots of parking. Manager Roz gave us exceptional service. She is a hard worker, courteous and helpful. All of the workers are pleasant to deal with. My son loves their pizza!

Didn't want to leave this review, but as you can see by all the reviews, the franchisee and corporation just doesn't care and after waiting a week for ANY RESPONSE, nothing, so... Ordered online. 10 min later, manager calls me and lets me know they don't have the ingredients to make stuffed crust. Offers me garlic butter on the crust in place of it. LOL, no thanks. I asked the price difference and he said about $4. We agree instead to take a "free" 2liter of soda in place of the price difference in no stuffed crust. When we ended the call, the "manager" canceled my f n order! After 72 minutes of no delivery, I refresh the screen and it said order canceled! Had to call back multiple times for him to answer (he knew my number and name and I'm sure the profile popped up). He finally answers - I ask him to check the order and he says it was canceled! Me: After our convo man, you hung up and just canceled my order after we came to a compromise!? Him: silent. Me: well? Him: blamed it on not having a driver. If that's the case, why didn't you call me to let me know you canceled! How they keep this dude around is beyond me!

Papa John's has great ideas and innovations but I believe they might be over pricing for what they are bringing I do not like to compare but when it comes to business I can gladly say that there's another pizzeria offers more for less. I tried their papadilla and it was very different for a pizzeria it also tasted very good as well but I don't think I will go for another one.

Never ordering from here. I had hair in my pizza and on top if that I had to wait 2 hours for 1 pizza. The manager was very unprofessional when I called snd didn't offer me any type of refund rven tho I had hair in my pizza that I didn't bother to eat. 0/10 would recommend.

Yalll... i don't even know where to start. This is my last time eating from this place. I got this NY Style Pizza delivered to me and it was dry as hell even though I asked for extra sauce!! AND ON TOP OF THAT, short and long sheds of hair all throughout the pizza like someone shook their hair all on it! You guys need to hire better employees or get a better manager that's actually going to fix the problems within the place, because this is so disgusting and very much unacceptable!!

I stopped ordering from here for 3 main reasons.1. Pizza is always substandard compared to other papa johns.2. App/web order is always wrong. It always says pizza is ready for pickup but it never is. Then app shows it was picked up when I am still waiting for another 30mins. 1.5 hour total wait time when app says 38mins until ready.3. The team there don't want to improve. They know the problem exists.

I ordered a pizza@620pm. Said it would take 40 mins. at 720pm I called and it said it would arrive in 17 minutes. I called the store to speak to a manager and the phone just kept ringing. ridiculous. if I knew it would take this long, I wouldve picked it up and saved the tip for myself.

Don't attempt to call your order in. It won't work. Calling center is messed up. Local manager doesn't seem to care either.
The restaurant and employees are okay. This about the papa John's app telling me my pizza's are ready but it's not. Waiting at the restair ant was terrible! Sweated like a pig with no AC or lack of it?! May decide not to order from here ever again!

I have never experienced anything quite like this from ANY pizza place. Ordered a pizza online and waited...hour goes by and no doorbell rung or door knocked on. Finally go outside wondering if for first time ever someone just left the pizza outside and sure enough. Pizza sitting ON THE GROUND in front of my garage! Decide to eat the pizza with a side of ants and what do I find with toppings? The core of a banana pepper! I mean I like banana peppers, but not enough to eat the stem and middle of it! Will never order from this location again.

I ordered a Super Hawaiian Pizza yet there was hardly any Canadian bacon and pineapple on it! It was more like just a regular cheese pizza. I felt completely ripped off. I do not recommend this place.

I usually don't do this but this is the 5th time this has happened. I ordered hot wings but what I got was wings with a teeny tiny drizzle of Buffalo sauce. Maybe they ran out of sauce? Plus, my pizzas have more pizza slices than pepperoni slices, guess I order a cheese pizza. I don't know if they are being sheisty with their ingredients or they just keep messing up. Their timing was good though? So two stars

Pizza Was Really Good, I love how the Crust is soo soft and chewy. Ordered the Garlic knots omg I'm in love, soo chewy, lots of flavor and soo good, NO picture to show. You got me as a Regular Customer now!!
