Went to this place once and it was a simple order. Me and my bsf went to get for a coffee break after our Christmas Party. We ordered a small and a medium Caramel Frappe and 1 Caramel Ribbon Crunch. I was given 2 drinks. The small and medium Caramel Frappe. Did not get the order right and the cashier (who was right next to me) wouldn’t step up. SIMPLE ORDER and messed it up

This Starbucks location has one lucky chance with me - it's the closest to where I live. But after today's order, I would rather drive 4 miles to my favorite Starbucks.Today 's order was simple: Iced Grande Shaken Espresso. I picked it up and drove back home to get back to work to attend a video call. As I got on a video call and coolly sipped my newly acquired Starbucks drink, I made the most painful (I was told) face because my drink was made with the worse tasting burnt coffee. ? I stirred it some more and took another sip. ? Even worse.Lesson learned. It's not the first time they've ruined simple drinks.

I like this Starbucks in the morning because there's not that many people and they are usually fast. I usually use cards but this particular day I did not have my bag and had to get to work asap. I only had a 50$ bill and I told myself thank god I have a 50$ bill because I know they don't take 100$ bills. Low and behold, I hand the 50 and the barista says "do you have anything smaller?". I told him no and thought to myself Duh if I had something smaller I would've gave it to you. Then he said do you have a card, I told him no (again, if I did I would've used that.) Then he asked can you get change, I said no I need to go to work now. He said can you buy more things then? I said ok I'll add a croissant to my drink if that helps although I wasn't hungry at all. He then says will normally I'm supposed to not accept a 50$ bill but since I have that many 1$ bills I can give you that. My total was $9.01. So he brings out a stack of 1's and a stack of 5's. He counts out 21 one $ bills and 4 5$ bills. Not sure why he couldn't give me 8 5$ bills but that's what I got.

There are No customer restrooms. This area doesn't feel safe with all the homeless drug addicts laying around. Sucks!

It's a Starbucks. What makes this one different though is the friendly staff. Since there isn't a drive through they can be a lot more courteous and friendly rather than always fielding constant orders. Could use more outlets as there's only 2 in the entire place. Wish it was open later.

I didn’t know dogs weren’t allowed inside, seems kind of strange considering they have pup cups. I have a very small very well behaved dog, I carried him in to grab a mobile order (I was in the building for probably a total of 30 seconds) I wasn’t greeted with a hello but instead a girl who looked upset asking if he was a service animal. I said no and apologized and explained I didn’t want to leave him in a hot car while grabbing my order, she was a bit rude. Again I was carrying him and he wasn’t bothering anyone. If she had been more polite about it there wouldn’t have been an issue, I know now to not bring him into Starbucks but dang, could have been nicer.

My mom comes to this Starbucks once in awhile when she shops at Foodland & Ross, so when she went the other day, I asked her to bring back their Cheese Danish. I absolutely LOVE the Cheese Danish here - its my go to pastry all the time, I NEVER change. So Delicious!! A Flaky Croissant Dough, with a generous amount of I believe, reduced fat cream cheese filling. Yum! I like their Pink Drink, Strawberry ? Acai Refresher and anything Matcha! My mom likes their croissant ? and a Latte. She mentioned that the employees are always nice, helpful & accurate with her order. Place was pretty clean too. No complaints here ?Update:3/31/2023My mom picked up a ham and cheese croissant for me. She told me it was really good and wanted me to try it. It has a good amount of flavorful hickory smoked ham with melted Swiss cheese. The Croissant was flaky and buttery. Will definitely eat it again. She said they staff was very nice and considerate. Because a mistake was made, they gave her a gift card for her patience. She was happy they thought of her. Keep up the great work!!
