This location used to be our favorite, but it's gotten bad in terms of customer service and food. They only had flatbread available when we went. The other breads were not ready and about 5-10 people waited in the booths for the bread to be ready. They were short with us and didn't have good communication with the other patrons as to what was going on. I work in customer service. I understand half of the issue could be the owner not properly staffing this location (or even not offering decent benefits to work here). But running out of bread at a sandwich place is lowkey funny.

Probably one of the lowest quality Subways I’ve ever been to. The produce looked dried out and discolored. I’ve never seen wrinkly jalapeños and dry cucumber slices before today. The fountain machine was not properly serviced. The Coca Cola was coming out white and every other drink was flat (I know because I painfully tried each one). When I asked to buy a bottled drink, they dismissed me so they could finish completing mobile orders while I was in store. The two young male sandwich artists that work here may need some managerial supervision considering all the deficiencies I witnessed. Make your own sub or go to ohana sub… way better quality.

Service was terrible, I strolled in this morning to find “Natilie” nodding off at the at the counter with a big yellow glob of drool hanging out of her mouth dripping right into the ham bin, disgusting!and so rude! She didn’t even say hello or laugh at my impression of Sheldon from Big Bang Theory (I do it really really good). I went ahead and asked her for my regular order, but every time I tried to speak she would just cut me off by calling me an incel and then start “mewing”?
When I finally got my food I tried to use the restroom, but to my absolute astonishment, someone delivered an absolute screamer of doo doo feces in the terlet and it was done clogged. Worst experience of my life. I’d rather eat the Big Buford from Rally’s and die of a heart attack than eat here again.

Once she finished she's didn't even bother to say Hi or sorry for the wait, also never even bother washing that darn hands. My husband and I ordered from subway today, we asked for a recommendation with the sauces, we were given rude attitudes and eye rolls. We ordered ignoring their attitudes and just asked for sauce recommendations and when we got home, they completely ruined the subs. The subs were soggy with the garlic aïoli and the chipotle sauce! I had a supreme meat, and the recommendation was WAY too overpowering, actually made me sick! (And this comes from someone who really likes garlic)My husband complained about his sub being sopping wet and smothered with the sauce on his Boss sub. If you go to this subway, just know what you’re getting. Because some of the team members don’t know how to give a good recommendation for your subway food. ?I’m ignoring today’s staff’s attitudes, maybe it was just a bad day for them… but either way. Pretty bad subs and service.
