Got an energy drink on the way home from Volcano NP. Prices to be expected for location. My complaint here is that the bathroom was a porta potty, it was night, and there was no light and zero toilet paper. I have no problem using porta potty, but I would appreciate some toilet paper, and maybe some hand sanitizer?

While I usually don’t like to do reviews, I felt compelled to do this one. We ordered a medium pizza which was smaller than a “small” at Pizza Hut, and it was cold and rubbery. Perhaps we were just unlucky and got a bad one. But that’s my first and last purchase.

Best pizza we've come across, it's build your own style or a few specials. Wings and fries are good, too. Even a busy weekend was less than 30 mins until ready.

Unfortunately these are probably the worst wings I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a LOT of wings. There was no sauce, you could barely even taste the Buffalo. They fell off the bone but they were almost too tender, to the point of where they were gooey. I’m staying at an airBnB so it’s not like I had extra sauce on hand to “fix them”. Ate 3 and decided to just stay hungry. Service was polite and fast but that doesn’t mean much if the food doesn’t bring in customers. Very disappointing considering the 30 minute drive back and forth from Volcano.

Such an assist for Mountain View! I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner today. There was a little mix up with my online order, no big deal and it truly wasn’t a problem for me. However, I received a call from the owner about 15mins after I had left the restaurant. He genuinely apologized for the mix up and explained a lot of their history and operations. I really appreciated that call. He really didn’t need to call but took upon himself to do so and that was really awesome. I can’t recommend Frankie’s enough. Their pizza is great. It’s made fresh to order. Dough is made fresh every day and it really shows in its taste. Will definitely continue to be a return customer and recommend Frankie’s to everyone. They’re a small local shop who are very deserving of business.

This pizza is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered the boss’ special. A delicate and delicious balance between crispy, airy and moist dough, full of the delicious flavours from the topping. I would eat this again and again.
