If you are looking for a tour, you will be disappointed. They no longer do them, and it seems they have shuttered their store. You can probably get some good coffee at this tiny coffee bar, but we didn't stay.
Espresso machine wasn’t working but the service was friendly
Awesome drinks and awesome people. If you get the chance, stop in and grab a drink.
I had an iced latte, very good, nice & strong. Lovely flowers and places to sit around. The property is funny, it looks more like a house and google maps tried to make me go the wrong way, down a grown over grass road. It’s right off the highway, easy to find if you’re looking.
Very good coffee, this place was one of our stops for coffee on our tour. We bought coffee to bring back home. Can’t wait to go back.
Great atmosphere - an absolutely beautiful property. Very generous staff and a great cup of coffee. Would rec come d stopping by and staying up to date with what’s to come here in the future!
During a recent business trip to Hilo, I was referred to the Hilo Coffee Mill for its excellent coffee, particularly the Ka'U blend. When I searched for it on Google Maps, it informed me that the place might be closed. So, I decided to call and confirm. Fortunately, a very nice woman answered the phone and told me that they, in fact, were closed for the day and that she was just there to do some 'paperwork.' When I explained to her that I was just visiting Hilo and that my wife was an avid coffee drinker, she graciously said to come by. Sure enough, I was treated exceptionally well, despite purchasing just a pound of the dark roast. She even make a fresh pot of coffee, in case I wanted some. Customer service is few and far between in today's fast-paced world. But, on that day I was proven wrong! Thank you very much, Hilo Coffee Mill! You definitely are high on my list for today's Thanksgiving Day celebration!

This place is absolutely beautiful ! The coffee they produce here is top tier . We had to get a few bags to bring back home. The staff is super friendly and helpful - and don’t forget to get a cup of joe on your way out. Best coffee in Hilo ! Will be back.

Left when they pulled out a jug of coffee instead of using the espresso machine. That’s wild to charge that kind of money for that. Not really espresso.
Very nice coffee shop and roaster

I wouldn't go super far out of the way to come here, but if you're driving around this area then it's completely worth it. Very quick detour, and they have lots of different coffees out that you can taste for free. I liked them all, and it's fun to taste the differences side by side.
The coffee shop makes a fantastic latte as well, one of the best I've ever had.
Great coffee. Ube cold foam was delicious.

I ordered an iced latte. They make iced lattes with drip coffee, not espresso machines. It really doesn't taste good. It's the worst. It's a waste of money.

very smooth coffee and a lot of gifts you can snag here… atmosphere was fine for a quick to-go coffee… I almost missed the turn in as google maps directs you to enter after the turn in
