Go check them out. They don’t shortcut the mead fermentation process. Each batch ferments for 6-9 months. The brewer (Tomek) is polish and brews it using traditional method with local Hawaiian flavors.

This is an ABSOLUTE GEM!! The place is so artistic and they are very welcoming. We went to buy a bottle but ended with 5!! They are appointment based.

We did the mead tasting and farm tour. What a fantastic experience. We learned a lot about true meads and had a variety of meads flavored with produce they grow on property. Tomek was knowledgeable, funny, and his passion for making meads is apparent . Definitely worth the trip. I’ll go back every time I visit the big island.

Amazing Mead made by amazing people! We did the full tasting and tour of their private farm and Meadery. Tomek and Alex are super hosts, an awesome team and love what they do. It shows! They have several varied and incredibly delicious types of mead made in a traditional Polish style and flavored with fruit and herbs they grow on their land. The whole experience was a real treat and we look forward to visiting again! You can experience and buy their mead at various locations on the island. We loved so many of the varieties, it’s hard to choose a favorite, but we loved Kvasir’s Blood (Hibiscus), Your Momma Made Me Cake (Longan), Yeastie Boys (Banana Longan), Krampus (Cinnamon, Clove, Orange), Strong Dick (Banana), The Tiny Butl… oh heck, they’re all delicious. It really is hard to go wrong… Go taste them for yourself. Highly recommended.

Tried the meads while we attended the Honoka’a Ren Fest. Haven’t stopped talking about them since! Hawaiian twist on meads which I now love. Awesome !
