You have to come by and try their food! This has been some of the best food I ate on the whole island so far, and im not exaggerating. Rachel was so nice and made our order quickly, but you could tell it was made with love. They have a beautiful seating area around a garden also. Come by if you really want good food, drinks and dessert. They were also ranked as top 100 food trucks in America, them being 38th.

We went here after a longish hike. We were all tired and hungry. The drinks were very refreshing and food was so yummy! I probably had the best chicken wings that I’ve ever had. The fish taco was great too!

We arrived right before closing. They were wonderful and even after a super busy day and being sold out of most everything they went above and beyond in their service. Highly recommend! And the food was delicious! Pork tacos and samosas were amazing.

O.M.G. - this was amazing. A little piece of paradise, in a garden with local plants and flowers. The food was to die for. And the owners super friendly, smiling, and a joy to be around. An absolute gem. 👍🫶

So thrilled we discovered this little gem on the way to Volcano! Everything tasted phenomenal and the service was fantastic. We can’t recommend this place enough! So much aloha ❤️

I have passed this truck so many times and never stopped! How shameful! Their food is not only delicious but bursting with joy. I literally smiled and may or may not have giggled when tasting the different dishes... wow! it's amazing and I can't wait to get back!!! Highly recommend the limeade with cucumber, iced chai tea, hula dog, chicken mac n cheese, and chocolate orange cheesecake!!! 🤤

Such good food and nice people! Mama was so happy to open up shop again so we could try the food, and made sure all our dietary accommodations were met! The african peanut sauce and the tropical smoothie was delicious and we had so much fun playing with the cats!

Dietary restrictions: only one item on the menu that is vegan, african peanut sauce, highly recommend! it was really great

Great chef.
We were a party of 7 and although it was almost closing time, she surpassed our expectations!
She was able to make something beautiful with the limited ingredients she had left. We had elotes, queso and shrimp jerk tacos

Food is amazing and sitting area is the coolest I experienced. So relaxing and such a good place to go to grab a bite! Owner is very nice and takes great pride in her food and place! You don't find service like that these days!
You have to get the Chai Late! It was the best I have ever had!

What a great find while on a trip to the Big Island.

I spent the day at Volcanoes National Park and instead of dinning at the lodge there, I drove only 18mins to Saucy Mama’s and I’m so happy I did.

The tacos here are so tasty and fresh. What’s even better is the owner and her family. They are very friendly and nice… giving me some good recommendations and help on my plans during my trip.

I tried 2 tacos and the chai tea. It was all so delicious.

The outdoor seating is a good environment for enjoying tacos and checking out some special tropical plants.

You have to make this a stop on your travels.
