This is the perfect place to stop by after visiting the volcano national park. The woman who takes your order is very sweet and will explain what they have. Highly recommend!

We had another dinner and breakfast in Volcano and both were disappointing. THIS dinner was delicious. This $16 dinner was MUCH better than the night before’s $33 dinner at another establishment. Kind, quick, and tasty! They do sell out of stuff near the end of the night, but I didn’t have an issue with that.

The nicest order taker ever! We came here after visiting Volcanoes National Park. It's just a few minutes drive away and we had worked up a pretty good appetite. We pulled into the parking lot and got the last spot. There was a short line and many people waiting in their cars for their orders. After ordering; they told us it would take 35-40 minutes for our food to be ready. That's how popular this place is! To prevent a long wait, I think you can call in your order while touring the park and pick it up when you arrive. The food was tasty - especially the pad see ew. The order taker gave us packets of fish sauce with Thai chili peppers to add to the fried rice. She said that was her favorite. We tried it and agree that it was delicious! The Thai ice tea was not very strong, almost tasted like sugar water. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would definitely go back again.

Visited for lunch after an early morning hike in VNP around noon. Ordered the chicken pad thai with medium heat which was delicious. Also ordered the avocado shrimp fresh rolls which were PACKED and delicious with the peanut sauce. Thai tea with coconut milk was also good. We ordered at the window, got quoted for 30mins from the friendly lady working at the front of the truck - our food was ready in about 20 mins. Wish there was tables or chairs set up in front of the truck as there was no place to eat except in our cars, but definitely stop here!

Food and service is amazing! The lady taking orders was so sweet and kind and patient. As for the food 10/10, amazing flavour and the portions are huge! Even the fresh rolls had so much avocado. Thai iced tea was great with a non dairy option. We will be back, def recommend! Only down side is you have to eat if your car as there is no picnic tables.

I got veggie summer rolls and they were good. A tiny bit greasy but still good. Great service, very kind Thai people. Not really somewhere you can sit and enjoy the food after but still a pretty area while waiting for food. Open wed- Sunday. On Sunday, evening they had run out of noodles. Just a heads up they could run out. Beware of parking at the end of the lot. It’s washed out and low cars will hit the road.

A perfect lunch stop right outside Volcanoes National Park. We had 3 different curries (avocado and panang favored over the massaman), noodles and avocado spring rolls with peanut sauce. All delicious! The truck is located on a side road outside the park. We ate right there in the car—didn’t see picnic tables and it was raining—and we thoroughly enjoyed it that way. Would definitely go back again. We left the park to eat, and went right back into the park after.*If this review is helpful, please leave a thumbs up. Mahalo!

Food is good here;however, the service not as great. I gave the cashier 20% tip that came to $8 and he refused to give me an extra sauce on the side and still asked me to pay a $1 for the sauce( stingy on sauce).. why did I tip you?

This was super overrated. The food wasn't good--pad thai drowning in tamarind sauce and the pineapple curry was literally like 30 pieces of canned pineapple in curry sauce. They were out of pretty much everything else. They also took 30 min after quoting 10-15 min. It was rainy and windy and they handed me half of my meal and then 15 min later the rest. The first half of our meal was cold by the time we were able to eat. Why not keep it warm in the truck and give it to us with everything else? It was pretty expensive too for what we ended up with.

Had a lovely take out meal from the Tuk Tuk Thai food truck. Super nice people and fresh food. If you get the fresh spring rolls, add the avocado, almost a meal in itself! Pad Thai and basil stir fry were both tasty and large portions. They were careful to ask about vegetarian needs which is a nice touch. Quick and easy and tasty!
